Really lovely vegetables..loved everything I ordered.

Delivery arrived at 4:30 pm compared to requested 10 to 11am

Mint arrived in extremely poor condition had to be thrown away

Hadn't used them for a while but tried again with special offers. Wish I hadn't bothered! Of 15 items ordered only 4 were delivered! They didn't know what had happened to the remaining items and just refunded me - no offer of redelivery of missing items, so, needless to say I will not be ordering from them again!

Excellent service as always, excellent produce, as well. We have been a customer since 2020.

Watts Farms is a family business which delivers fresh produce, meat, game and pantry items. Only place I know of, for more unusual herbs eg fenugreek and for baby turnips

The fruit, vegetables, houmous and lamb were excellent quality, arriving on time and in pristine condition with care taken on how all of the produce was presented. I will definitely be ordering from Watts Farms again and will recommend to my family.

The produce was very good quality and really fresh.
Every item was packed carefully.
The driver was on time, polite and courteous. He was unhurried and made certain I was happy with the delivery.

I was extremely disappointed by the substitution of the French braid of garlic with far inferior product from China - not only a totally different product but also not even a braid merely bulbs placed along a plait! I was advised no substitutes and invoiced for the French product. All other items were good thank you.

My delivery came mid afternoon , not in the morning. I difficulty walking and find difficult carrying stuff. The was not helpful and refused to bring my order into my kitchen.

All went very nicely couple of the items were missing, but they gave me the money back. Pleased with that.definitely ordering some more items in the future what surprised me it was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. And the price was reasonable.

I arrived for the pick up at 10 AM on 2 September. A friendly lady brought the order out. Checking through, no gooseberries. She didn't know why, assumed they were out of stock but no prior notification. As she went I noticed there were only two punnets of cherries instead of 3. After 10 minutes, another was brought out only because I questioned it. I gave up using Watts because there were so many errors. I thought I'd try them again but deja va struck me. I've still had no notification about a refund for the gooseberries despite leaving a phone message and emailing. Very poor and not worth the hassle sadly as I love to support local.

Our delivery was spot on time and we were delighted with its content.
We shall definitely order weekly!

Such a disappointment to receive your order. Fruit already soggy. The main items I used to especially respect and admire from you were accepted in order and arrived without - the rest of the produce you sent was more expensive than supermarket and this time not special. The worst thing is accepting an order and then not supplying with no notice or chance of cancel. Your choices are becoming ordinary. I am so sad.
