Tray of eggs missing from my order,
Emailed them they gave a date for delivery but nothing showed up on the date they were supposed to be delivered.
Had to phone them to sort out anothere delivey date.
They was delivered.
First time anything like this has happened,
I will still order from them again.

We were over the moon with our experience of Farm Direct. Lovely people who served us when we collected our iris plants - so helpful with advising how to plant the them properly. They're all planted and looking forward to them blooming.

Seeing the place also made us want to buy from Farm Direct again in the future and support the business. The produce looked great and I love the ethos of the company. Great to "Meet the farmers" on the website to see where the produce is coming from.

Looking forward to buying from them again.

Fresh vegetables and they beautifully smell like vegetables , great quality of fish and meat, good price as well, I am very pleased.

I absolutely love Farm Direct and tell anyone who'll listen to order from them, I think it's a really reasonable price for beautiful muddy vegetables

Overall, I'm happy with my purchases, which I make fairly regularly. However, this time I ordered asparagus, unfortunately, the quality was poor. They were wilted, very thin, and broken. They weren't really edible.

A great selection of fruit and vegetables direct from the farmer. Fish from the ship and bread etc from the baker.

A great shopping experience, with fresh products and good prices. The only area for improvement is to notify the customer when an out-of-stock item is substituted, to check whether the customer is happy with the replacement.

I had my first order delivered this morning, and I am in food heaven right now. I love that the food is seasonal, fresh, locally sourced, and super traceable - the website lists which farm each item comes from, so you can see exactly which small producers you are supporting. From what I've tried so far, the quality is far superior than what you'll find at the supermarket, and often comparable in price. Delivery was easy, with options for different days, notifications and live tracking. For the veg box, I like knowing what you're going to get ahead of time and the flexibility of not having to sign up to a subscription, so you can adapt each week. Do yourself a favour and try the fennel salami - it's the best I've ever had!

I'm dissatisfied because some eggs were broken, vegetables and fruit were scattered in the carton, and the milk I ordered was missing. The eggs and milk were delivered the day after I emailed them. But I won't order products from this website again.

Brilliant delivery, basic website but easy to use and navigate. Highly functional. Love it, have recommended it a lot. The food is also amazing.

The produce quality is fresh. Sourcing from local farms and suppliers is brilliant. I have used Farm Direct since 2020 and have never looked back.

If they make a mistake with packing / delivering they always own up and accept liability.

The tracker is so good as I am working on the day of my delivery and so can plan my work schedule around delivery.

I also like the weekly email which is thoughtful and makes me think seriously about my part in doing the best for the planet.

Reliable deliveries, good range of products. Meat excellent quality. Vegetables usually good but sometimes not...for example instead of a bunch of beetroot, I received 1 very large (and inevitably) woody beetroot...poor quality picking sometimes. Dairy good. Great choice. Overall really good and I have been a customer.for years.
