Advertised and took money for something that they didn't actually have, then took far too long to refund. If you can take the money in seconds, if doesn't need to take a week to refund. Must try harder.

Hello Adrian. We sell across several platforms (our website, eBay, and Amazon). If two people make a purchase at the same time and it's the last item we have in stock, on rare occasions this can happen and I apologise for that. Your refund was processed immediately. When you make a payment to us, it takes several days to process and clear to our account (that's why on internet banking, there's normally a list of pending transactions). Equally, a refund takes a few days to clear, even on very low value orders such as yours. This is just how online payments operate, and totally normal - some online research will confirm this for you.

Excellent service
the team at windwave were great. I had lots of questions about the fork I was interested in, which they couldn't be happy to answer and guide me on.
I ended up buying the fork and they even tuned it for me, reducing the travel and setting the fork up according to my weight and riding style.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Top notch service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
