Super amazing service. Phoned to ask if last minute delivery would be possible and Greg turned the order around in a few days. Even kept me up to date before his morning coffee. Can’t fault it, amazing to speak to an actual person for a change. Had 2 kids bikes delivered in time for holidays.

Paid shipping fees
Hi, for order 6495 made 2/5/2024 and paid £3.95 to be delivered next day Friday 3/5 it ended up delivered on Tuesday 7th May. Shouldn’t I get a refund for the next day shipping fees

Ex demo bike, needed work when arrived
Bike arrived no problem, great delivery time.
The bike itself was a ex demo bike so I expected scratches and a couple chips.
What I didn't expect was the dirt on the bike and the brakes to need bleeding aswell as some work on the very loud squeaking front brake disc
I feel as it was an ex demo bike the package and treatment given wasn't as good as a brand new bike would be which shouldn't be the case.

They reduced the price of the bike by £650 less than I paid a few days after I purchased it , which is disappointing to say the least.

Thanks for the review, we can imagine this is frustrating. Like most stores, we occasionally change pricing on products, sometimes things go up in price with inflation, and sometimes we put items on promotion.
