Ordered Golf clubs. Order was cancelled and refunded with no communication. I only found out when I went on to PayPal and saw the refund. Phoning went to a queue and then being cut off, press * for call back- which never came- or diversion to voicemail which didn’t ask you to leave a message.
I ordered again and e-mailed. I then received an e-mail to say there was an error and even though they appeared on the site there was no stock and I would, again, be refunded. 3 days later still no refund.
Not a great advert for the company

Very good, delivered on time and goods received how they where described.

Terrible company, they sent me a treadmill that blew up and threw me off it at full spead as it jolted to a holt, the treadmill was less than a week old and they wouldnt just bring a new 1 and swap it then told me they would collect it but i didnt keep the 6 foot by 3 foot box it came in cos who has space to keep a empty box that big and i wouldnt expect it to break in less than a week, they never ever answer the phone or call back etc they only email once a day if your lucky and have left me without a working treadmill or my cash back for another week now and they still havent done anything and now im having to go to trading standards and go to court over their awful service and im filled with hate and resentment to this company, simple answer is never buy from this company an never put yourself through this service!

I have not received my order of 3 weeks ago despite phone calls, that are not answered, and a voicemail that does not accept voicemails!!
3 email complaints later and still no correspondence received from this company.
I feel i have been ripped off and would never use their services again. Not that I got any service from them.

The pad quality is excellent. The service was great!

I ordered a set of golf clubs that was left handed asked if i could swap them for right handed they tells me i can so i pays £30 to send it back to them and all i get is no response from emails and no response of calls still havent recieved my refund nothing to be honnest its starting to take the mick

For the first time to use this mobs but I don't have any item I received in few months ago but still continued deducted to my credit card. So what I need is requesting for cancellations. As soon as possible. It just four times deducted. I was trying to contact with and the email. But anyone cannot replies yet. I hope this trials make it refunded to the costumer.

Product delivered quickly and easy to fit

From my experience, sold poor quality products and then with their returns policy, breaks the law.

Product I bought (a green screen) was so poor, it wasn't fit for purpose, also had a white stain on it.

They wanted me to return it at my expense - which legally is not correct they should pay for the return.

Then without telling me they'd even received it back, refunded me minus the delivery fee - didn't even have the decency to tell me

Their amount of emails to sort out such a simple email is embarrassing and had to chase them several times.

Have ended up reporting them to Trading Standards as a result.

Needed new front wheel for Stowamatic electric trolley. Easy to order and paid for 3-5 day delivery, turned up next day.
What can I say. Saw it, bought it, got it. That easy.
