This company seems to be a scam. Placed an Order over a month ago and still no email or anything saying my order has been shipped.

I think this is a scam took the money out of my account can't get a tracking number ! I have contacted them by phone and 2 emails .Companies like this need to be stopped I have contacted an attorney!

As other reviewers noted, this seems like a scam. Ordered a pair months and months ago and was given a tracking number that does not seem to really exist. When I contact them they only respond with the same tracking number. Just order active shorts from another similar brand (BYLT, Nike...whatever). They are very nice and will get to you in a timely manner.

UPDATE - 5/28:

I did finally receive the shorts. They are pretty nice. I don't have much use for them as i had to buy other active shorts while I was waiting for these. I'll probably wear them sometimes but I do not feel like the experience overall is worth all the money. Company needs to fix this logistics issue or be more upfront about it when selling the shorts.

Ordered during a sale they had- got 1/2 my order. Its been months and nothing else. I have emailed and called them- the email replies are generic and include tracking info that doesn't exist. I will never order from this company again, buyer beware!

Awful company. BEWARE… I Ordered for my son for lacrosse on 3/17/24. Within a few days said shipped. Still have not received. Such a scam. I can’t believe I fell for it. I am so good about vetting online shopping companies and try to order form reputable companies only. I learned my lesson. Awful.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE THINGS - scam! My partner ordered them 3 months ago and didn’t arrive YET as they say “working hard to send them over. He asked for the refund but they are promising to send ASAP what means never. Such a disgusting people who work behind this brand!

My son was really excited about these shorts for track season, I ordered four pair. The website says ships within 3-5 days in the U.S. it has now been a month and no shorts. Numerous emails exchanged with absolutely ZERO explanation as to where my $150 worth of items are. Within a week of my order I received an email saying my items had shipped and had a tracking number, 30 days later that tracking number is still invalid. Not impressed, not even a little bit. SCAM.

I'd give them zero starts if I could.

Ordered shorts well over a month ago and there is no sign of them ever coming. Tracking number they gave was a joke. Terrible company, no transparency on shipping. I can see why they're going out of business.

How this company is considered legitimate is beyond me. Ordered over 2 months ago on 2/7 and still haven't received a single pair of shorts as of 4/16. Tracking number shows it's been in the same location since 2/17. Their site says shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, but as myself and others have pointed out isn't true at all. Don't bother contacting customer support, they'll just tell you to not worry and be patient without giving an actual update. Wish I could cancel, but they won't let me do that either. I would hate to actually receive a product and have to return it because it would likely take an entire year.

Update 5/7/24 - Been two weeks since their reply to my review and no one has reached out to me. The tracking number for my order has expired because they've taken so long to do nothing and their site says they're having a closing sale. This company is a scam.

Update 8/16/24 - Received a response in the first week of July saying the order wasn't completed because the item was on backorder. I asked for a refund and they said it would be processed in 10 days. It's been 6 weeks and nothing. I just keep being told to wait patiently. I don't think my patience is the issue here.

I love my shorts they fit perfect! I definitely feel better at the gym and get a better work out! I’m definitely buying another 3 to get the 3rd free again!!

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for three pairs of shorts over a month ago, and there's been no sign of them shipping. Despite numerous inquiries, there's been no communication about the status of my order.

To add to the frustration, I also ordered some joggers from them, which took a whopping two weeks to arrive. The lack of transparency regarding shipping times and order processing is simply unacceptable.

Moreover, upon placing an order, I was automatically enrolled in their rewards program without clear notification. It wasn't made explicit to me that I was signing up for a program that costs $19.95. This deceptive practice left a sour taste in my mouth and has made me reconsider doing business with this company in the future.

Overall, my experience has been marred by delays, poor communication, and hidden fees. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before making a purchase from this company.

Do not order these products. It has been over 6 weeks since I placed my order and still have not received. I was also issued a tracking number which when you click on it says "not found" - it's been like that for 2 weeks.

You can reach out to customer service and will get the same standard response: your order is coming and we can not cancel.

Also, the refund policy states that since these products are custom made that all sales are final.

So not only will you never receive them but will also never be able to return - assuming one day they do arrive.

Two months later after purchase I still have not received the shorts. Customer service is horrendous.

Ordered end of January and have still not received my order. Not even a tracking number. Constantly emailing for updates to get told we are sorry and this is not the experience we want your to have. Do not waste your money, don’t order.

I placed an order on Feb. 22, 2024 for shorts. All were in stock. As of today Mar. 28, 2024 I have not received my order. They took my $128 though. All I can get for an answer is “your order is still processing”. Scam!

Initially I was very frustrated, the shipping was taking a lot longer than expected and while the customer service were apologetic I didn’t get much of an answer in the way of when my order would arrive. When the order arrived however all of my frustration subsided, the tshirt I purchased is one of the best I’ve worn. The material is soft, it’s very stretchy and holds up really well through my workouts. The product is worth the wait I’ll be buying one for every workout day, couldn’t recommend more just be ready for a possible delay in shipping.

Made a purchase two months ago and until now, nothing.
They just keep giving excuses about the over orders, etc etc.
And they don’t refund if you want to cancel!
What a joke!!

Scam site. ordered 2 months ago, no product or shipment. refusing my multiple requestions for refund. dont buy. Won't get product or your money back.

This company's website is deceptive. They state that will arrive in 3-5 days once an item ships. My order shipped 15 days ago and I've still not received it. Customer Service simply claims it's on the way and will arrive.

In addition, their FAQs state clearly "Q: DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?
A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible." However, when you look at the return policy, only defective items are eligible for return. I've contacted Customer Service and they confirmed only defective items may be returned.
