Great company. Bought about 5 or 6 chains and 1 ring. All really good quality and looking even better than in the pictures. Also really good customer service (fast and friendly (IG and email)).
One time they miscalculated the order shipping time, but never waited too long to update on the situation.
I’d definitely recommend y’all to buy here! Again, amazing shop with nice and friendly people, and really dope pieces. Can’t wait to see the future releases. Keep up the good and hard work, Chayne!

Got 3 pieces now. Every single one of them I’m wearing almost every day. My necklace turns 2 years next month and is still in perfect condition, same as my neck that holds it every day. I’ve been following this brand for some time now and I have to say, they’ve never disappointed me.

Bestel hier niet! Op 1 september een Blond ring besteld die 2 weken zou duren voor productie en verzending. Vervolgens later in september een mail gekregen dat het langer gaat duren en ze vóór eind van de maand alles op zouden sturen. Wederom weken radiostilte en geen bevestiging. Nadat ik ze via Instagram heb benaderd kreeg ik bericht dat de laatste die week de deur uit zouden gaan. Dit duurde vervolgens 2 weken. Eenmaal ‘verstuurd’ krijg je een tracking met code die niet werkt van DHL. Het zou in Nederland verzonden worden dus kan dan max een paar dagen duren, wat inmiddels ook weer langer dan een week is. Ze gaan niet in op mails of berichten verder. Hoop dat ik het ontvang maar lijken oplichters! Zeer amateuristisch bedrijf.

Ik heb op 31 augustus 2023 de blond ring besteld die binnen 3 weken verzonden zou worden. Ongeveer een week na de verstreken termijn ontving ik een mail dat de ring binnen een week zou worden verzonden. Ook deze termijn haalde de winkel niet. Daarna heb ik meerdere malen via dm contact proberen te zoeken met de Chayne, waar geen gehoor aan werd gegeven. Ondertussen waren er wel meerdere drops die gewoon door gingen, alsof er geen prioriteit lag bij het op tijd leveren van eerdere drops. Ik ben nu 7 weken verder met een trackingcode die het niet doet. Als ik zo de andere recensies lees is dit niet iets nieuws. Ik raad je ten zeerste af hier te bestellen, want ik vraag me af of mijn bestelling überhaupt nog geleverd gaat worden.

Zou iemand die dit leest en met dezelfde problemen kampt mij een insta dm kunnen sturen? @_feliceb

After 7 days, I received a mail from them with a tracking code that wasn’t working. I tried to contact them, but they didn’t respond. So I cancel the payment and contacted PayPal. They didn’t even respond to that. Never buying there again.

I cant track my order i mailed about it twice already no response…
Isnt the first time i had trouble with delivery

Chayne has switched their methods for their brand with releasing some limited quality pieces never to be restocked again. I found their brand late, so I missed out on the release of the Cross pendant, which I desperately wanted upon seeing the photoshoots for it. I decided to ask Rianne (who’s always a great help) about it, and she graciously checked the warehouse, and found some pendants left. I wanted the silver version, unfortunately, there were none remaining, but the gold is just as beautiful, which I paired with an 18 inch rope chain. It goes perfectly with my crown of thorns ring. Thanks to Rianne, and the team at Chayne, I have a jewelry piece from them I’ve wanted for a while.

verzending duurder wat langer dan anders, en de tracking van de zending updaten ook niet. Had hiervoor de klantenservice voor gecontacteerd, ze antwoorden altijd heel erg snel en zijn heel vriendelijk. Er was blijkbaar iets mis met de update van de tracking door DHL. Heb dan 2 dagen daarna mijn bestelling gekregen, en ben er heel erg tevreden over. de bestelling is zorgvuldig verpakt, en je krijgt er ook nog een leuk doosje bij. de kwaliteit van de sieraden is van hoge kwaliteit!
