When I need to return, they simply and totally ignore you without responding. Do not spend your money on them.

Placed order for tracksuit and paid £5.00 for postage and packing. After a week I contacted them as order had not arrived. Just got a generic email to say that it was on its way and would be with me soon. 11 days later still no order and tracking showed that’s it had not progressed. I emailed them again to voice my concerns that when I have paid that amount for postage and packaging with other sites I have received orders within a few days. I had no response. I then receive a card from Royal Mail to say they have a parcel they cannot deliver because there is not enough postage paid. I had to pay another extra £3.20 to collect it as they had only paid £3.40 but I have given them £5.00!! So it took 15 days to get to me. Very bad customer service not to respond to my email. First time I have brought from them and certainly won’t again!!!

A waste of my money. My items came and one came with makeup on it, and the others did not have a recipe, material was cheap feeling as well. I was very disappointed with my purchase!

This is the most disappointing store I’ve ever bought from. The itens are not good quality, costumer service is zero and they do not accept exchanges. Don’t buy from this store if you don’t want a huge headache and loose money.

They have nice clothes but a terrible or lack of return policy. They will only exchange. I purchase online so I can try on at home. I didn't like anything I bought and now can only get store credit.

Their clothes are cute & well-made but their return policy is horrible. Make sure you check it out before ordering.

Be aware of return policy. They will only let you return online purchase for store credit, you will not get your money back. They had good customer service, but this isn't a great return policy when ordering clothes online since you have no idea how their clothes will fit. The clothes I tried on didn't fit well, they ran pretty big, so just be aware of that as well. They also don't do exchanges for online orders.

I came across this site from insta yesterday and fell in love with everything. I had some questions on how PayPal Credit worked and so as I was adding stuff to my cart I had questions. I had the pleasure to talk (message) with Meg. Not only did she provide over the top amazing customer services but she helped me with every question and concerns I had. She also provided me with kindness. I always get scared ordering stuff from online stores that are on instagram but I felt so good with this store after we talked. I highly recommend this store and thank you so so much again Meg! Also To her manger she deserves a Kudos for sure. :) - Natalie

I ordered 3 items and got them all within just a few days, I love each item so much and can't wait to wear them out one day!! Items are true to size and great quality/ prices, they fit my body so well which is something I can't say about some other clothing shops. Will definitely be buying from here again!!

Seriously the BEST customer service and quality of clothes. I am never disappointed and the employees are always so kind and so helpful! Definitely my favorite store!

Adorable clothes ... Great prices. I wish people would think about what they say before hitting send. Reviews today are so hard to judge because people expect so much.
This company has a great story and the customer service is phenomenal. I am a 50 year old woman who has been in retail a long time. I hope this company stays in business a very long time!! I love em!

DressUp is a legit store. But they advertise boutique clothing, when in all actuality, it’s just the same cheap stuff you can buy on amazon. The denim skirt I got recently was so scratchy and cheap that, by the end of the day, I had actual red scratches all over my legs and hips. The jean rubbing against my leg was enough to break the skin. Idk about you, but my nice jeans never scratch me like that. The buttons were also about to fall off. It was cheap and I’m disappointed. I would recommend buying dept. store if you want quality pieces bc I just don’t trust these boutiques anymore :(
