It hasn’t worked for me at all and my bottle is almost finished

I placed my order over two weeks ago and I haven’t received it yet. The tracking says to be shipped for two weeks now.

Update: I have now received my order.

Received parcel, it’s early days still to make an in-depth review, I have been using for 1 week now and my knuckles is not as dark, it was not that bad before but because I did use a peel on some marks in certain areas on my hand, the discoloration kept returning, so far the dark patches are a little less noticeable, will rerun if it does make a good difference..

Since my Accutane treatment, I was spectacle about which product to use on my face. I then decided to go with ShopSkinclinic’s Tribal Set and it was the best decision. My face feels so smooth, clear and glowing. This is my second purchase. Love, love everything about the Tribal Set.

Great product! Really works with time

I got the acne soap & oil, and my skin in the morning is just out of this world, I wash my face before bed, and apply the oil and it works like magic, but they need to work on the delivery as it takes a long time to arrive 3weeks or more and need to work on updating customers when product is taking long to arrive, I pay for mine monthly & it still takes a long time to arrive.

I have been using the skin rebirth oil and the acne bar soap for a while now, they have cleared my acne and scars, now my skin is looking smooth and glowing, I get one spot once in while and it clears in a day or two. I cant go without them.

I ordered on 11 Feb 24 and never received an order or communication. After writing a negative review I was contacted by the company who told me they had ran out of stock of the product I ordered. They offered to post me out a free product of my choice for the delay and dispatch what I ordered when it was available. I have now received both products.
I have yet to try either product so I can’t comment on them. 3 stars because although I appreciate they contacted me to try resolve the situation, they need to be way more organised and communicate with the customer. They also need to update their website on contacting them because if a customer can’t get hold of your customer service they will leave a bad review instead so just some feedback for future. I will update review once I use the product hopefully then I can give more stars. All the best. Order no. 5730

My parcel only arrived after nearly 4 weeks and after sending emails which were not replied to. My bank statement showed that you were a computer company and had to ask the bank to retrieve my money before I received the parcel.i received the parcel.

It was My time ordering from you & When I order my item I was supposed to receive it next day Delivery had to contact you a day after to find out why I have not received My package or no tracking numb it took you few days to reply & I didn't received my package till after a week not good. After not Been Happy With My first Order Skinclinic have contacted me & apologise & offer me A Free skin Product Next Day Delivery. I will definitely Order Again I do like they Product is good.
