Can't get a response about my order from anyone, email 3 times, call 1.

Tried to contact support waited for 2 days. Never heard back

I purchased software for download. The confirmation said I would get an email within 30mins with instructions on how to download. It has bee 1 week and I still do not have my soft ware. I have sent 3 emails to the support email account with absolutely no response. I called and was on hold for 30 mins and had to hang up before anyone answered the phone. At this point I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Stay away form this company. They do not send you the product they advertise on their website- they send a foreign version. When I asked to get my money back and the cost of shipping the product back, they do not respond.

I had on my laptop Windows 8.1 OS.
I have ordered DVD Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit operating system. The installation was easy and smooth.
I didn't have any issues during installation. After installation I was able to update my Windows 10 Home Edition.

Ordered Adobe Acrobat Pro on December 26. Got the code on January 9th. The code was fraudulent. They refuse to return phone calls, emails, and ended the chat. Chat Said refund could not be made as it was outside of the 20 day period. Adobe Acrobat even said the code was fake!

I didn't know if any software company could be trusted, but you proved me wrong. My order was taken care of fast and the instructions were clear and precise. I would defiantly recommendShop Software Keys to every one!

They sold me fake Air Pods. They are obvious fakes/clones. The airpods i received were behaving strangley, functions were not working/recognized, distorted audio, so i took to Apple Store and they confirmed not authentic. Many tell tell signs these are "clones." Even the labeling on the "original packaging" had spelling errors. I simply asked for a refund and even though the merchant was very responsive at first they completely ignore me when I requested the refund. It is no wonder many people are complaining about inauthentic software keys and fake products here. This company is a scam.

Good product. Timely delivery. Good support. Fair price (way cheaper than Microsoft!).

I was very excited to receive my bootable USB that I purchase online when it arrived, that wasn’t the case. I tried emailing support did not get a response. I tried calling support no answer. I reached out on Thursday. I know they’re closed on the weekends. However, I’ve waited for there team to response on Monday. Still no response!

The product shipped was not the product advertised. Did not answer emails or phone calls.

I called about 15 times over a period of 5 days to cancel my order because I had read the reviews after I purchased. Not only did they not send me what I bought, I got sent a blank hard drive. I paid $70 and would very much like a refund but they will not answer the phone nor email. Do not buy.

I purchased a windows 11 physical usb from them. When installing the license key, Microsoft cannot validate it as it has already been used. How do they sell new products with licenses already used?

I purchased Apple AirPods 3 on 11/23/22 and I received them 12/22/22. One month later! They were fake! Cheap quality. Had them verified as counterfeit at Apple Store. FRAUD company!!

Bought an AirPods 3rd Generation on 11/28, delivered at 22/12 (!). The audio was low quality so I went to Apple Store and they told me that the product is counterfeited. Shop did not respond for several days. Once I finally reached them on chat, they said return is not available as it was refurbished item. I contacted authorities.

I've sent 2 emails to the support email account and haven't received an email back or regarding the issues I need support with.

I was sold a product that was advertised as licensed and new from Microsoft, yet I received a makeshift USB and product key. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and disputed the purchase through my CC. I reached out to the company as well and they did not return my call.

Finally received my airpods 3rd generation ordered on blackfriday and they are fake

Ordered Microsoft Office on December 10th. It’s now the 16th and have gotten no shipping status and no reply from customer service emails. No one answers their phone or the chat on their website. Attempted to message them on FB but no messages will go through there either,

Just like previous reviews, I too ordered 3 sets of AirPods from Shop Software Keys and it's been over two weeks and I have not received my order. I emailed customer service on Dec 3, 2022 and they responded a day later and told me that the items are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and that they're experiencing delays with Apple products because they're backordered from their distributor. I was told that I should receive an email with tracking info soon once the item ships. Then I got an email on Dec 11th saying that my items will ship on 12/12/2022 via First class package and they included a tracking # with link to track, with a message "Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update." It has been almost 6 days since then, and the USPS tracking link keeps showing the same information "Latest Update
A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 3:43 pm on December 11, 2022 in LITCHFIELD PARK, AZ 85340. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." I have tried to call the company but cannot get through to a customer service rep, I've left a voicemail. I've also sent several emails asking what is the hold up and why my order still hasn't shipped even though they promised to have it shipped by 12/12/2022 according to their email? Today is already the end of December 15th, Christmas is less than 10 days away and this company is not providing any info on the status of my order. Something is not right and I am very concerned that this is a scam. If I do not hear from this company by tomorrow, I am contacting my credit card company to report a fraudulent transaction.
