Everyone keeps saying, “It must be a scam,” but my package arrived perfectly fine. I bought a Ruffle Layered Denim Cookie Skirt, and the material was great—really classic. There was just one issue: they don’t send updates to your Gmail, and you can’t track the package. I just randomly got a message one day saying, “Your package has arrived.” But it was also the day they told me it would arrive. XD

J'ai commandé, avec la commande j'ai le suivi du colis et ensuite on me dit qu'il est livré alors qu'il n'y a eu aucune prise de rdv ni même de contact téléphonique pour avertir du passage. Je me demande si c'est bien réel parce que en plus je leur demande par quelle société de transport ils sont passés ils ne me répondent pas.

I suspect it's fake. My tracking number isn't showing up on USPS. Furthermore, it's significantly delayed based on the estimate I was originally given.
Edit: it's not fake, but the dress doesn't look exactly like the photos. Didn't come with the same laces to tie the corset. Also, the sizes were based on Chinese measurements — way too small.

I never received the item neither did I get a refund

I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter on shoptery. The item came defective, with the painted stars on the jeans smeared and not as shown in the pictures. I’ve emailed hello@shoptery 3 times to initiate return and have gotten no response at all! I’ve also called the Customer service number (713) 357-9914 multiple times, and there is never an answer or even a voicemail system. This must be a scam operation!

You sent us a completely wrong object. Which is a bummer as it was a gift for my daughter's birthday and now she is disappointed and I have to spend my time to return this thing....

Expensive product, cheap quality. I ordered a hoodie in a large, it took over a month to be delivered and when I enquired for updates I was told to just be patient. I was later informed (after having to ask) that my delivery had been delayed. No information was given to me. The product was absolutely not worth the money, extremely thin cheap material and isn’t a large at all, it’s closer to a small. Would absolutely not recommend ordering from here!

My shorts came in a size way too small, how? No idea because I got the smallest size. everything was fine but I really wish they were bigger.

Cette jupe aurait pu être très jolie... malheureusement rapport qualité de finition et prix ne sont pas au rendez-vous !! Arrivé à la couture la dentelle ne tombe pas en face l'une de l'autre et la jupe n'est pas aussi volumineuse que sur la photo ! Je ne recommande pas !!!

The quality of the clothes were very bad, fabric was poorly stitched together. The buttons on a shirt that I bought were misplaced.
Never buying from again.

Truly I'm just annoyed because I had a few complications with my order. I tried to get in contact with them but its been nearly a week and theres been no response to my email, and they wont respond to my calls. I just wanna know where my package is and theres been zero response

The print on the hoodie was pixelated. Very low quality. So bad that my daughter didn’t want to wear it. Ask for a refund and I was told the print was fine when clearly it wasn’t. I will never purchase from this store again.

They are scam website and fraud company taking innocent people's money and never sending their goods. Orderd about $300AUD worth of products and never received a single emails or item. After about 2 months when I opened the case with PayPal they shared files reflecting the items were shipped and received? But none of the item was ever received and I'm not sure if it was even shipped because the files they shared had no address on which the order was received!!! It could be a file from any other past order from their website. Such disappointing experience. Wasted all my money, my daughter was really looking forward to this stuff. Save your money and do not buy from these scammers and cheats. 😕

I have decided not to order from this website anymore. The clothing all looks very cute, but the quality is poor. I have been very unhappy with the fabric and the screen-printing. Shipping times are also erratic. One of the items that I ordered on January 11th just arrived on 2/17/24.
