Sizing was wildly inconsistent. Customer service contact took several days. Returns must go back to China which is prohibitively expensive. No offer of a small % refund or store credit was made.

i ordered some jeans but accidentally put half my address, so had to refund and order a new pair. communication was amazing and very fast throughout. delivery was around 2 weeks which was stated. i think i bought a size up because i’m a tall man and they fit perfectly. i’ve had so many compliments and the material is very good :))

Hello! Thank you for posting about this situation. During a detailed check, we found out that you really received a backpack without an accessory, and after your appeal, you were offered a 30% refund, which is quite fair for a small accessory a few centimeters in size. Alternatively, you could return the backpack for a full refund. But we got no response from you.
Stolen images
I was just scrolling through pinterest and seen my own photo that I took of jewellery from my shop and it linked straight to this brand. Do not support companies like this that steal photos and designs from small businesses.
Edit: Thank you for removing my photos from your website, the listing seems to be gone now.

If indeed a design to which you have rights was used, you could contact us directly and we will immediately resolve the issue.
However, we found the item in question. This is just a star pendant, without any logos or prints, just a regular star. Are you sure you can own the rights to the star figure?
I got 1 of 3 items that I ordered over…
(Edited) I got 1 of 3 items that I ordered over 3 months ago. After my first email, they asked me to wait a little longer since they ship from China. The company did not respond to my second email but did issue a refund after I initiated the chat feature on their website. They also asked me to remove the negative review since the refund had been issued.
