Horrendous customer service
I have been a customer for about 5 years and have purchased 6 coats, 2 blazers, 2 purses, and 3 knits, many of which I have re-sold due to not being happy with the product (sizing, durability of the down coat, leather quality on handbags). The material and sewing of the coats seem to be high quality, yet the sizing has often been way off. The size charts provided have not been accurate in my experience, and the details and photos on the website are not at all helpful.
But here is the clincher - the customer service is an absolute nightmare. The communication is sparse to non-exisitent, orders can take months to arrive, and even then are often incomplete or contain incorrect items. Waiting for a refund can also take weeks, and usually not without multiple reminders.
Things completely derailed this fall/pre-Christmas season and the founder seems out of touch with the severity of the situation, comes across flippant in her posts on the community WhatsApp, and meanwhile posts "OoTD" on IGs.
All in all, there are much better options out there. Save yourself the hassle and stress from buying from this company.
It is worth noting that the Google reviews are showing more positive reviews, likely because in a group chat, customers have been offered gift certificates in exchange for proof of a positive review. Buyer beware!
