This is my second review but as before, I give this company 5 stars!

First of all, they carry such a large line of great products, one of which I cannot even get without driving 90 miles.

Secondly, every time I contacted them via email, someone was back to me within the hour.

But thirdly, they really care! When the original order was not received in the time frame expected, they sent out a duplicate order. When that order was past announced delivery date, they insisted on refunding every penny of my order, even though I objected. I told them the products were still viable, even though they arrived no longer chilled, but they insisted!

Where do you even find companies who will do this, go the second mile, in this day and age? They were a delight to work with, professional, polite and genuinely caring. The fault of the late orders was not theirs, but FedEx, and they are working on that and on different shipping container options as well. I will be ordering from shopvejii again and I highly recommend you do the same, with full confidence that if things are NOT right, they will make it right. I am so happy that as vegans, we have a place like this from which to order. Thanks Sheena and Jules for making my Vejii experience a great one!

FedEx screwed up delivering our order twice and ShopVejii was there to fix the problem ASAP. Personal customer service that hasn’t been matched, in my experience. Besides that they have the best selection of Vegan and Vegetarian options that I’ve ever come across. Their selection is vast and is shipped with care. I can not recommend them enough. We will always use them.

Excellent customer service in responding to my question on finding product ingredients! I'm excited by the variety of products, but have to be very careful about ingredients due to allergic reactions I can expect. I'm looking forward to placing my first order! Kudos to ShopVejii !!

I love this website. they help make being vegan easy. when there was an issue with my order they fixed it fast and even gave me veji bucks.
I recommend to anyone rather your just becoming vegan or have been already.

There was a hiccup in shipping the wrong items, but as soon as I contacted customer service via chat the issue was corrected.
I must share that this was one of the best customer service I received in a very long time.

The products available are good. The customer service is fantastic, but they are still working out some shipping bugs. I have received some items that were damaged or defrosted in shipping, but the company always made it right.

Everything in my dealings with vejii was great. My order arrived quickly and in good condition. I loved the food I ordered; the look, texture, and taste were perfect.

Service:

Reasonable time between ordering and receiving
Food came in great condition. I ordered vegan cheese slices, vegan cheese block; vegan pastrami and vegan turkey

Would love to see you figure out a way to ship perishables without so much stuff that ends up the trash (the freezer packs and the lining)

The food:

Cheeses: excellent flavor and at last! a Vegan cheese with protein content.
Vegan pastrami: looks like pastrami, has the consistency of pastrami when you chew it, but you haven't quite got the flavor yet. The AFTERTASTE is pastrami, but it takes a while for that to come forward so in general the reuben I made was disappointing.

Turkey: very good! Good look, taste and high protein content. I would order this again.

I was pleased and impressed with my order. Everything was there and it was all completely frozen with plenty of extra reusable ice packs included. Delivery took a few days so I will plan better so I am not counting on a quick delivery and be disappointed. This is to be expected in todays times. I stared a chat to track my order and they were immediately on it. I will order from this company again.

Vejii has everything I love and things I didn't know about, but now love as well. Great customer service, too.

I am always on the lookout for plant based meats with. no onion. I asked a question about a product that I had never seen before. Within an hour, I received a response from a Vejii rep. She went so far to ask the company to make sure and within a few more hours I got the response I wanted all of their products do not include garlic or onion. I put in an order and am looking forward to trying the new products. It is so nice to be treated so well by a company. My order is on its way! Thanks Vejii, you have a new customer for life!

My recent experience was better than my first. The ice packs are not doing their job. I like your service being available as well as the selections you offer. When it comes to frozen foods their needs to be an overnight or less than 2 day delivery option one week in transit is not acceptable. The ice packs are not doing their job. Also, the food items need to be wrapped not just dumped in the box, liquid and slime develops when the ice packs melt making the packaging peel and unravel. I will continue to use the service in the hopes of improvement. This survey tells me you are a serious company who cares about their customers. Prep a package and mail it to yourself. Sounds funny but that is the only way to see for yourself.

I absolutely love shopvejii...they are incredibly courteous, helpful and have the best vegan products. Their customer service is the best that I have ever come across. They have a customer for life in me and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently made my first purchase from shopveji. They have a huge selection of vegan products that I couldn't find anywhere else. Afterwards, I noticed I made a mistake on my order. I emailed customer support and was helped so quickly! I will be a repeat customer.

I was gone when my package was delivered to my house. I did get home a couple hours latter and some product was thawed but still very cold. I think the weather is much hotter in CA. And the packing is having a difficult time in this heat. But I was happy with product and being able to get such a variety of vegan foods.

Update: Changing from 1 star to 4 stars. A Vejii representative reached out to me and apologized for the service I received and offered me a full refund and gift card to give them another try. I will say this about Vejii, their customer service is great, that was never the issue! I just hope they work out their kinks with their delivery team and improve their delivery techniques, because I really do love the idea of an all vegan online grocery!

Original Post: I was so excited to find an all vegan online grocery who carried hard to find vegan products. But when my packages arrived I was so disappointed. When I received my initial order, the box was soaking wet. When I opened the box, it did not have adequate food protection as the ice packs melted entirely and everything in my box perished. I spoke with a customer service rep from Vejii who apologized, and tried to make it right by offering to reship everything and keep me as a customer. However, that package took longer to receive, over a week, and I had to call them to find out where my package was. When I finally received that package, even then some of the items perished and had to be thrown out (waste of money) and 1 of the items was completely wrong (not what I ordered). Rather than have to call them for a third time to complain, I took my loss and decided I will not order from them again.

I'm a really picky, plant based vegan, so anything I am getting from shopvejii, is stuff I would really want to eat, that might be hard to find or is much cheaper than elsewhere.
There's a great selection of veggie based stuff I'm familiar with, and a whole lot more, that I'm being turned on to and want to eat right now.

I was nervous about their 2 day shipping. It's been scary hot outside, with hurricane Elsa coming through to add to the drama. My box came right to my door, this morning. Fed Ex were on top of their game with this one. I immediately opened the box and it was all still frozen. I had to wait a few hours to eat my Mrs. Goldfarb's UnReal Deli, Plant Based Roasted Turk'y.
It was so so so Good. I had it with some freshly picked lettuce & mustard greens.
I am starting another order from shopvejii. To get some of the things I was curious about, when placing this order a few days ago... and so my relationship with them continues.

I've ordered 3 times from Vejii and been very pleased with both products and service. Cold food comes packed in padded containers with either chill packs or dry ice.
Speed is reasonably fast and has improved quite a bit.

I was so happy to use this website. I gave up eating animals over 25 years ago. I found so many great things here and customer service is helpful.
