Do not buy from them, I bought a bedframe from this site after checking multiple sites this was the only one that said in stock and delivered in 1 to 2 days. After payment I was ghosted and tried several contact methods to reach out to them on the status of my bed, don’t bother with WhatsApp as he doesn’t even reply. I finally got a reply from my email ( after 1/1/2 weeks of trying to get a reply) saying that the bed is out of stock and would I want another bed from their site, not acceptable terrible website!!!!

Shopystore would have to be one of the very few online stores that offer very good customer satisfaction. I have shopped at many online stores and Shopystore are the best in customer service.

Just ordered 3rd time from them. As usual their supportive customer team helped me and suggested the exact product I wanted to match with my interior.
Their customer service is really commendable

Am a first timer at this online store, have to admit that it was a pleasant experience.
The ordering process was simple and had a staff from their Sydney branch connect and ensured I was happy with my purchase.
My deliveries were split and I contacted Hitesh from Melbourne on the status and surprise surprise he contacted me and gave me the tracking no immediately.
Over all am pleased with the whole experience.
