Disappointing customer service

I purchased the Phoenix Stainless Steel 6L with Fluoride & Smart Carbon Filter, and while the product itself is great, my experience with Tanstella’s customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
After receiving my order, I discovered two faulty items and immediately contacted Tanstella via email with clear evidence attached. It has now been over a week, and I still have not received any response.
I also tried calling the phone number provided on their website, but the call automatically disconnects, stating that there are no agents available in the queue. At this point, I genuinely do not know how else to contact them.
The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my customer service experience alone. I sincerely hope they respond soon and resolve this issue, as I am still waiting for assistance.

Worst delivery experience I’ve had

Worst delivery experience I’ve had. The dispatch process was extremely slow, the order arrived after more than two weeks, and even then it was only a partial delivery. Very unprofessional service and disappointing customer support.

1 Star — Order Paid, Not Dispatched, No Communication

I placed and paid for an order (A$309 for a greenhouse) with Tanstella last Friday, and unfortunately my experience so far has been very disappointing.
According to their own shipping policy, orders are supposed to be dispatched the next working day after payment. However, nearly a week later, the tracking (via the Shop app) still shows “waiting for details”, which indicates the item has not even been handed over to a courier.
I have attempted to contact Tanstella multiple times through their available channels and have received no response whatsoever.
At this point:

The item has not been dispatched
Tracking has not updated
Customer service has been completely unresponsive

This raises serious concerns about their reliability and whether orders are actually being fulfilled.
I would advise potential buyers to proceed with caution until the company improves its communication and fulfilment processes.

I was going to wait until I heard a…

I was going to wait until I heard a response to my 5 emails but I may be waiting in vain, judging from previous reviews. I bought a large single basin sink that on the sales blurb showed it had a sliding inset to make the basin smaller. It arrived 10 days ago and I only opened it yesterday to show our kitchen planner. No sink insert! Just a thing big enough to wash a huge dog. I immediately wrote to them with my order and phone number to alert them about the missing part and 48 hrs later I’ve written 6 times through all their channels and no reply. Until I get a reply this is a no star review.

Disappointed in the quality

When the bedside tables arrived, they seemed quite tacky and they are very lightweight. They were smaller than I had envisioned for the space so I contacted them to return. Their returns policy is a reduction of 20% of what you paid plus postage. I would’ve lost about $90 but ended up selling them on marketplace for less than I had purchased them for.

Ordered an few outdoor dining sets

Ordered an few outdoor dining sets. Arrived well after (weeks) the advertised delivery date. As I needed it by a certain date, I had to purchase another set from somewhere else. I’ve asked to return one of the sets and have been ignored. I’m also missing a box from the other sets and can’t put the set together - and also being ignored regarding that.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a Christmas tree and realised a few minutes later it’s not going to fit. I wrote them email. Because of course I couldn’t see a phone number to contact them on their website. So I emailed them asking them to cancel my order. They never responded and still sent it. I wouldn’t trust to buy from them ever again. It’s ridiculous that they don’t have a phone number to contact them on. It works in well for them.

Didnt send products, no communication

Took my money for two bedside cabinets and I never heard from them. It had been several weeks and nothing. I’ve emailed and contacted their social media and no reply. While they’ve since claimed they were on back order, this was not clearly stated or obvious when I purchased. It also irritates me when companies publicly ask me to email them and they will sort asap, when they’ve had several emails already that they ignored. I should not have to leave public reviews to get resolution, nor do I want to take it down post refund as it’s not fair to others.

Update: only after leaving these reviews did I receive a reply and a refund offered. Handled quickly once a reply was received, but I wouldn’t order again. They were not clearly marked pre sale when I purchased, nor was I provided updates about when they were expected in stock if that was the case.

Borderline scammers

Borderline scammers. First off don't buy from them every item is way cheaper elsewhere. I bought two of the same items from here (listed as two in stock) the regular price from other sellers is about $300 but tanstella price is $900 but they had clearance price $150 so I pay for both. You get these pathetic thankyou messages and that shipping tracking will be updated. About 10 days past and no tracking info let alone no parcels. Both their supplied phone numbers don't even have a dial tone let alone answer. On steet view their 'warehouse' is a small empty for lease street front office. I sent an email congratulating them on their fake reviews and acknowledging that they scammed me proper. To my surprise the email actually replied and said the order is cancelled because of no stock and refund forthcoming one to three days. Five days later I get the refund. The website now shows one of the items in stock at clearance price $388 which is of course more than eBay or anywhere else. Too daft to review their own prices and honour the sale. I felt sick the whole time.
I add edit here upon seeing the reply to this review. Total liars as I've described, they didn't offer restocking wait at all. I can't add a picture of the email but this is the cut paste,...
"Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, we have only 1 unit for this model at the moment.

So in this case, we decided to cancel your order and arrange a full refund for you"

Hi Jenny, thank you for your review. We are working on your request about the wrong item delivered. We understand the inconvenience, but your accusion is inappropriate.

There seems to be a misunderstanding on your end. We did confirmed the replacement will be "dispatched" on Monday when you said you want a replacement.

We never said it will "arrived" on Monday, as our couriers don't operate on the weekend and it would take 2 business days to be delivered to your location.

You later send us an email saying "a refund is preferred", so we postponed the dispatch.

We will send you a return instruction shortly. And after the wrong item is picked up, we will process a full refund for you.

Product Availability Display

It would be great if the stock availability of items were more clearly displayed, along with an estimated date for when they might be back in stock. On a positive note, I’ve found that the customer service team is very responsive to emails!
