Love SHO, have lots of cups, bottles and other bits and give ggem as presents.

I bought a Calix cup in the Halloween design, which LOOKS gorgeous, but the lids are awful! The metal straw/lid is really impractical, and the 'hot' lid isnt suitable for hot drinks as....in their words... 'it is only designed to be splash proof' but will leak if the cup is angled in any way - absolutely not acceptable if you have a hot drink in it, its a burn risk! I was actually quite shocked. Fortunately I've only been using it for cold water but have already accidentally soaked myself on a couple of occassions just carrying it, which is really annoying as I wanted it to take to work.

SHO bottles and cups are in a class of their own. I have bought them for myself, for family and for friends, all of whom love them. I have tried others, but SHO beats them all for quality, style and value for money.

5 star service as always. Have purchased 6 bottles for the family over the last few years and all have been fantastic. Granddaughter has now upgraded to the larger bottle. Fantastic colours and designs

Poor manufacturing quality in the guzzler and terrible customer service.
Bought 4 sho products and initially loved them. Unfortunately one of the guzzlers rolled off the sofa and fell 2ft and 90% of the bottom of the bottle has split as if someone has cut it open.
Reached out to sho customer service as theres accidental damage like a dent and then there's clearly a manufacturing default.. I don't know about you, but I expect a £25 insulated steel bottle to be able to handle rolling off a sofa without seams splitting?? Pic attached.

However I was met with you admit you dropped it we won't help you. But you can have a 20% discount code. Bit insulting when there is already a 20% code due to the end of the summer sale.. So buy at your own risk.. if you don't need to have contact with customer services, you might be fine . If you do, good luck. I personally won't be buying from this company again.

Great design and costruction. Comfortable to use and easy to clean I'm enjoying using my SHO.

I have a couple of Sho products now (the Newt & XL Tumbler) and I’m really impressed with the durability and quality (and they’re really pretty too!)

The XL Tumbler has been used daily for over a year now and is still in perfect condition, I recently managed to break the lid that came with it (user error not a quality issue) and contacted customer service as replacements aren’t available to purchase on the website. The team were so helpful and responsive to my query and managed to sort me out with a new lid which is fantastic!

Overall a great company with great products and I’ll be ordering some more very soon

Just bought a second tumbler and absolutely love it. We also have numerous water bottles and a food flask so very aware of the quality of these products. I would strongly recommend SHO and no doubt there will be more purchases in the future.

I’ve had a black leopard Calix coffee cup for a while and love it so have had the cream coloured version for my birthday. Love them, they keep my coffee hot for hours but the hole in the lid means if accidentally knocked, that it leaks, which is a pain. I have a water bottle, small coffee mug and food flask. All great apart from having to keep the Calix upright

Have had many different bottles from Sho but just had not found the right one, however the new Newt bottle has been a hit. Apart from having difficulty putting the straw lid back together which customer service assisted with and the cost, I have now bought two of them and today gave away all my other bottles cups etc only kept my food flask and my Flexi for a hot drink I am now sorted, many thanks Sho.

Excellent quality products and brilliant customer service. Needed a replacement lid for a cup but they don't sell them on their site, however contacted customer service and they sorted a replacement out for us straight away. We'll definitely keep using the company when we need new cups or bowls.

Purchased 2 smaller guzzler bottles on recommendation from my daughter. The inbuilt straw makes them simple to use on the go without risking spillage. Kept our drinks cold all day whilst out and about and in an overheated car. We measured our drinks holders in the car and knew they wouldn't fit but are quite happy that they are watertight so it isn't a problem. As older customers it's good to find something of quality that works. Credit where it is due.

We have several of these bottles (Guzzlers) in our house and they are all constantly in use. We use them at home, work, in the car, and even to keep cold water in for the dog when we’re out and about with him. They are easy to wash, easy to use, and they keep everything lovely and cold. I’ve had ice cubes last 24 hours in these bottles, which is another advantage. The mouth is wide enough to easily accommodate ice cubes without breaking them into pieces. I’m a domiciliary carer so out in the car all day and love that there’s still ice in the bottle when I’ve finished my shift. The bottles also all still look good even though they are a couple of years old.
I’ve just ordered a Newt and am looking forward to using it for sparkling water. The only reason I haven’t mentioned hot drinks is because I’m still using my decades old contigos for that, but considering how long the cold drinks stay cold, even in a hot car, I’m sure they are great. Would definitely recommend.

Bought the new Newt and its exactly as it says so far. It is more compact and i love the fact it has two lids provided without having to purchase a 2nd lid. The option to have the straw or not is great. Went fir the mint green love the colour and the rubber on the bottom. Best Sho product so far for me.

I love SHO products and have several and also bought gifts. I have just received the new Newt. It is excellent. At first I found it awkward to put the straw lid together after washing but I have sorted that now. Great to have a smaller bottle to put in my bag. It is great to have 2 lids included. I haven’t tried the filter unit yet.

I have several bottles in several styles and colours as well as one of the straw style which lives iny car and is a joy to get into the car and always have a cold drink available.
The Guzzlers are now my favourites.
Food flasks are wonderful and I love the fact that I can have hot and cold drinks available all day.
I have health issues and when having a bad day I can be well supplied iny bedroom on just one trip downstairs....makes such a difference
