A Great Experience

After working with all the other representatives for Beverage Air, this was a real pleasure. I tried to order from the local rep and then from one of the big online stores. Complete failure even after they accepted my order and credit card and then cancelled.

I contacted Beverage Air directly and they pointed me towards Shortorder. One call to them and working with Kendra, my order was placed and on its way. There was one small issue in shipping, but all it took was 1 phone call and resolved, no issues.

I would definitely do this all over again. This was a great experience.

Misunderstanding. Company made it right

I ordered a 1000 lb/day 3 phase mini-cube ice machine. They sent a 600 lb, single phase unit. I was desparate for ice so I installed it and then had to deal with getting the correct one sent, which to their credit they did in a timely fashion.

The moment this was brought to my attention about the incorrect unit that had gone out and received by you, I immediately called the manufacturer and they sent you the correct unit and picked up the incorrect one as well as swapping out the unit costs on your end. I have verified that this is all complete so I am sorry that this happened to you in the first place but feel that our customer service was perfect/fast in this situation.

No one home

It would have been nice to get an estimated ship date when the order was placed. When I tried to call the automated voice told me to go to the internet. Why do they have a phone number if no one is there? Frustrating!

Thank you for your order with us; I do remember speaking with you in regards to the cart that you ordered. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you feel you didn't get notice with your ship date. We do send out an email with your invoice as soon as your order is placed and then another one as soon as tracking is received. If settings are set to high sometimes the emails can go to spam, I am sorry about that if it happened on your end. I looked back on your order and I sent out the tracking information to you on August 4th. I am sorry you were not able to reach us in the office but we do have a chat and we do return all calls as soon as possible.

I am sorry you feel like you didn't have good customer service and don't agree with our return policy. We do have our return policy on our purchase agreement that you are required to sign off of before ordering with us. Our return policy is normally a 40% return fee but I did get it reduced to 25%. We really try to make all of our customers happy when they shop with us; sorry you were not happy with the return policy.

Kendra Petty's service is EXCELLENT!!

We have bought a good number of equipment from Shortorder.
In every case, the service including information about the equipment, shipment tracking, billing, and everything was very professional and very clear. Whenever we had problems: wrong item delivered, bent equipment received, thank god we got help from Kendra Petty. Her excellent responsive disposition makes it for sure that we order again from Shortorder.com. We have two concerns however: The shipping company employees do not want to give us time to inspect the item before accepting it, and the high frequency of damaged equipment that we have to return.
So it seems to me that shipping issues needs some addressing.

We do send out the estimated shipping date as soon as we receive from the factory as well as the tracking number when it ships; I do know on your order we were given the incorrect tracking information, I am so sorry for that. Waited 4 weeks to habe fedex tell me my 2 keg fridges are damaged beyond repair.

Bad experience. I ordered my equipment and was told it would ship next day. 3 weeks later if shipped, and was destroyed. I'm still waiting for my equipment. Save time and headaches and order anywhere else.

Vulcan Convection Oven VC4GD

We ordered a new Vulcan Convection Oven model VC4GD-propane for my wife's catering business. ShortOrder had the best price and free shipping. The oven arrived by truck in new, great condition and the truck driver pre-arranged for an efficient delivery and loaded it directly into my pickup truck.

I got sent nat gas and had ordered LP

I am disappointed that I was sent the wrong char broiler! Yes it can be converted ,however, we should not have to spend time on this or extra money. I will call on Monday(5-16-16).
