The shower wheels did not fit as well as was expected. They were the correct fittings but screw holes did not fit the shower as neatly as they should.

What a wonderful company these guys…
What a wonderful company these guys run. I had bought a shower runner set after searching high and low for an original part. Well unfortunately the part failed after 11 months, looks like a design flaw so not their fault, however once I contacted them to see if they could help they not only stepped up to the line and refunded me in full but also restored my faith in dealing with hard to find honest decent companies online. This deserves being hilighted so anyone looking for a review, a truthful review, to read and have faith then this is one amongst many. Thank you guys.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had trouble fitting your new shower door rollers, but we would like to clarify a few points regarding this product.
As clearly detailed in the measurement guide and specifications on the product page, the ROLL310L roller is designed exclusively for enclosures with a glass thickness of 6mm. Because of this, the supplied screws are precision sized to safely and securely fit exactly 6mm of glass.
If you found the screws to be too short, it simply means your shower door glass is thicker than 6mm and you have unfortunately purchased the wrong product for your specific enclosure.
We provide fully comprehensive measurement diagrams on all our listings so customers can check compatibility before purchasing.
We also notice that you didn’t reach out to us prior to ordering, or after you encountered this issue. Had you contacted us, we could have easily directed you to the correct rollers for your thicker glass, preventing this issue entirely.
