Great service

Great service. I used the online video to find the correct wheels for my shower, which was really helpful. Purchased them at 3pm Monday, selected free standard shipping but they were picked and shipped the same day and I received them by Royal Mail Tuesday lunchtime - Tuesday evening and I've fitted new wheels!
Good communication too, lots of emails confirming each stage of the order process.
Definitely recommend and would use again.

I used the messaging service on WhatsApp to send a picture of my shower wheel and dimensions. I got a quick response with a picture of the item I needed to order. I ordered and it arrived 2 days later. Very good service

Incredibly helpful in figuring out which wheels were needed for my shower screen.

I bought four shower wheels and replaced them all. This turned out to be a much better way of dealing with the fitting issues that I had. My shower doors now work like new.

Feed back after having sent a photo and sizes of wheels required next day i had a reply then I was able to order the right set of wheels

In my case the wheels I was replacing had previously been replaced and were actually the wrong size, so I had to return original 19mm wheels with correct size.
New wheels seem great and made such a difference.
Delivery was super quick and there was a no hassle returns service with a speedy refund.

I had a problem with an old shower cubicle. The wheels had gone. I checked the normal uk stores and drew a blank.
In desperation I looked on the web and found Shower Wheels. ‘Measure them and send us a picture’ within a day I had an email recommendation. They looked similar - so I ordered 4.

Ok they weren’t cheap - but they came in a couple of days. I’m 72 - but within 15 mins I had taken the screen off - screwed out the old wheels, replaced them ( perfect fit!) and screwed in the new ones. Simples!

I can’t recommend them more. Perhaps a very niche company in what they offer - but they were a dream to find!
