Delivery speed was excellent—the item arrived within 2 days. However, I found the staff quite unhelpful when I asked for dimensions to ensure the rollers would fit. I ended up having to just order the part and hope for the best.

We are sorry to hear that you felt our team was unhelpful regarding the dimensions. Looking back at our correspondence, our team did initially use the exact measurements you provided to identify and recommend the closest matching roller for your specific shower enclosure (the ROLL337L).
When you let us know you were looking for a cheaper alternative, we did our best to suggest the next closest option, though we had to be honest that we couldn't guarantee a perfect fit for a non exact match.
Regarding the specific centre to centre wheel measurement you later requested, our customer support team works remotely from our warehouse and does not have physical parts on hand to measure. Furthermore, manufacturers do not supply this specific dimension because it is not relevant to how the roller fits, functions, or allows the door to close.
We apologise if our transparency about this came across as unhelpful. Our goal is always to provide the best possible recommendations based on the crucial dimensions that actually impact the installation.

I needed replacement rollers for curved shower doors. The site had a page easily enabling me to find the right size and product. The price was great and the goods arrived earlier than suggested. .. a rare occurrence with internet orders!

Was looking for replacement wheels for parents shower enclosure. Measured the original wheels, sent measurements and photo. Received a reply same day recommending a replacement wheel. Ordering was simple and wheels were delivered within a couple of days. Shower door is now repaired and safe to use.
