When like me you get it wrong its so easy to return for a refund and get the correct ones sent out. They also have a video explaining how to measure the wheels so they are correct.

Your website video explaining the measurements required for ordering replacement shower wheels was excellent. This enabled me to order with confidence on a Friday afternoon. I expected them to be delivered sometime towards the back end of the following week but was very pleasantly surprised to receive a mailed package containing my order for the 8 shower wheels the very next day. This enabled me to fit them on the Saturday afternoon immediately following the day of my order. Brilliant service, thankyou.

Although the shower rollers were identified as being the correct ones, the screw lengths were slightly too short.

This was the one item that was not mentioned when asking which roller to purchase.

Prompt service. My new wheels are much better quality than the old ones, and were easy to attach. Careful measurement before ordering is lengthy but essential. Make sure you leave a mm for washers etc
