They answered my call almost immediately, man arrived about 15 min. after he said he would be here. He called ahead of time to say he was running behind, and would be with us in 10 to 15 minutes. Exactly on time. Efficient, easy, responsible and much appreciated. Thank you.

I am extremely impressed! I filled out an internet form to find a shredding company in my area that's reasonable. I had already left a message with Shred It, probably the largest shredder around, but they NEVER responded. So I tried Shred Nations. I filled out the form last night, received a call from Shred Nations early the next morning, was told I could have a shred truck at my house quickly for a nominal price in my opinion for the amount I had to shred. Within an hour I received a call from a reputable shredding company who said they could be at my today! I grabbed it and the shredding is complete, all less that 24 hours from my first contact with Shred Nations. Thanks for a great experience.
