I called to get details for hosting a shredding event. My call to Shred Nations was about 2 minutes. The representative answered immediately and was quick, polite and professional. Before the call had ended, I had received a "thank you" email and an email with a list of shredding companies that I should expect to call me. It was near end of day when I called, but I received a call from one of the companies early the next day to discuss the details.

ProShred did a great job. They were here at the scheduled time. The staff member was very pleasant and helpful. He showed himself as a diligent hard worker by doing the job of filling the bins with our paper and shredding it in a timely manner.

I put a request online to shred some garments and they literally called me less than 5 minutes later. They told me what information they needed and got my information out to 3 local places for shredding. Great customer service!

No one has contacted me after my initial sales call.

Found Shrednations via an Internet Search. I was quickly contacted by Data-Destruction, given a quote and had an appointment scheduled within about 3 minutes. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Aaron) was about 15 minutes late but he did call to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and professional. It only took about 15 minutes for all my documents to be loaded and shredded. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service. They were fantastic!!!

I followed up with the company you referred me to in Cincinnati. I responded to that company with email requesting a quote and I have not gotten a response. I am trying to arrange this for next Wednesday or Thursday.

I sent an email after 6PM and by 8AM the next business day had a message waiting for me.

Very helpful, courteous staff members on phone that were able to help us contact a local representative in a matter of minutes.

Filled in the online form and got a call back about 30 minutes later with all the info I needed. Very nice, professional call. Surprisingly fast response.

My only critique is the field for the phone number input on the website is pretty funky. You cant easily see the numbers you have typed in.

Hello. I just called your company for the first time; I found the information on Yelp. The person I spoke with didn't tell me that you were a 3rd party company, or how your company worked, until after taking my information and I started to ask questions. It would be good to let people know how your company works up front.

When I called to get quotes for shredding for my business, I received a prompt and courteous response. I had 3 businesses calling within 5 minutes of my finishing the initial phone call.

The service could not have been easier, more pleasant, quick. I had never known how relieved I would feel. Having so much private info (even though it was safely locked up in the house) for so many years, now safely destroyed- whew! The guys were gracious, showed me what was going on inside the truck shredder -just added to the great feeling. Thank you!

Shred Nations came on time, took care of my shredding efficiently. Technician was polite. Would recommend to family and friends.

Least but not last, they came within hours of my call on Good Friday! Didn't expect same day service but very appreciative that they fit me in.

I called and spoke with Matt and he was super helpful kind and efficient. Great experience overall!

We needed someone fast before the fire department gave us a fire hazard ticket. They were there within three hours on the same day and the fee was less than two other companies that I contacted. Awesome!!

I got 3 emails, none of which actually gave me a quote. I would like a quote please ASAP. Thanks.

Had to give a rating, if it was up to us we would not have even given them one star. Called left message needing to reschedule for the next day , they came anyways 1st thing in the morning and picked up. We were not ready and will not use them/ or refer them to anyone. Next purge we will be using someone else who is quick to communicate and keep in touch. We asked to reschedule for a reason and didn't like they don't check before sending drivers out. Called them to tell them the 2 extra containers the driver left we will not be using , they called back stating they will pick them up in a week! Wish we wouldn't have called this company in the first place. We will not make that mistake again.

Shred Nation was professional and prompt, however they are doing business with companies that are not reliable. I was informed that someone would contact me to schedule a time whom I have never heard from.
