TrueShred was responsive to my needs and quickly set up an appointment. The tech called on time and the shredding was done quickly and got to watch my papers being shredded on a TV monitor right on the truck. Neat and confirmation.

I called shrednation for a rush job and they were able to get 2 companies to contact me within minutes to make arrangements.

I just found Shred Nations on the internet after many frustrating calls to other companies. I called this morning, had two quotes within an hour and all my boxes are already shredded at a fraction of other companies' quotes.
My husband and I are so appreciative of the customer service of your staff, of the response of the people with whom you work, and with the courteous and helpful manner of the company who did the job!

I put my information in for what exactly I was looking for and in less than 10 minutes I got a call. She was very nice, and to the point. She had a couple of questions for me that I did not thing to put in my quote request. I appreciate the speed in which I received my call and how fast the call was.

i placed an order for shredding and after all the info was given and everything was ready. i got a call back saying they dont serve our location

We called to inquired about shredding services. Someone was supposed to call us back, but we never received the call back.

Someone had called me back within a couple of mins of submitting my request. They gave me several choices too. Thanks guys!

They deal with several shredding firms. Got a prompt reply. Good price. Driver showed up on time. Very pleasant and professional.

So far I haven't received any assistance after speaking with a representative. It's been 2 weeks.

Excellent customer service and took care of all my residential shredding needs.

Had two garbage cans full of paper to shred. Truch drove up the driveway and dumped them into the hopper. I watched the in side and out side shredded papers. Signed the papers and paid. No issues at all.

I contacted Shredding Pros this a.m. via email and they got right back to me telling me I would be contacted by 4 sources shortly.
As of noon today, I have heard from one source, which gives me no options to compare prices, service, etc.

David, the dispatcher and salesman was helpful, attentive, and kept me in the loop as to all scheduling developments. The 2 men that took the 100 boxes from my attic were efficient, courteous, and friendly. The price was the lowest bid I received and was a good value.
