After being a customer for years
After being a customer for the best part of ten years I explained to shred station that I rarely fill then bin and would they mind sending me a courtesy email or call to stop me getting charged a fee. After 5-6 requests they frankly refused to do this. years of being a customer and not an attempt to help

I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with us and I hope that, as a customer of nearly 10 years, this issue is something that we can address.
Looking at our system, I can see that you are contracted for a service every eight weeks. I can also see that our customer service team has sent you your service schedule for the year so you know when we are scheduled to attend.
If you find that you are not often filling your bin, we would be more than happy to alter the frequency of your collections to every 12 weeks rather than every 8? This will slightly alter the price per collection but it is something we can accommodate.
If this is something that would work better for you, please let me know and I will arrange our customer service team to get in touch to amend your contract.
Regarding contacting you before your service, unfortunately, this is not something we can facilitate at this time. With thousands of customers on our books, it just would not be possible for us to contact every customer before their collection to let them know it is still going ahead.
You are welcome to contact us before your service date to let us know there is no need to attend. Otherwise, we will continue fulfilling your schedule per our contract agreement.

Efficient and great value.
Shred Station were very efficient and responded with a quote right away. They came and collected my documents a few days later and left me some of their bags for next time. Great value too. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The whole process was excellent
The whole process was excellent, from the first email enquiry we felt our business secure paperwork was in safe hands. Reasonable price, very quick collection and destruction certificate sent a day later.
We will use Shred Station again which says all we need to say.
