Really good communication throughout
Really good communication throughout, Matthew was very accommodating as we didn’t really know the size of the job to begin with. The guys arrived a day early, which was a blessing in disguise as it then saved us a second trip to the house & a 4 hour round trip! The whole thing was taken care of in about 30 minutes & the certificates of shredding were presented at the time. It was totally trouble free, the two operators were lovely & really helpful getting everything done.

From my first contact with this company, the whole process took place with ease. Communication was good not only from the initial consultation but also from the driver making the collection. In less than a week after collection, proof of shredding was obtained. The price was competitive too. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you.

It took me quite a while to find an organisation that I felt that I could trust, and which would offer to collect and shred household confidential waste on-site, however Shred Station ticked all the boxes! A friendly and efficient service from end-to-end - highly recommended!

The driver never called us or contacted us regarding his arrival at our premises.

I must offer our sincere apologies that you were not contacted about our arrival. I don't see any notes on our system for the driver to call, but you should have received an automatic email to alert you when you were the next job on our route?
Please do let me know if this did not happen and I will be able to investigate that with our internal system provider.
You are also welcome to call us the day before your collection for an approximate time of arrival just for future reference.

Great Service with a smile
The young man who came to collect my sacks today was amazing-very happy and extremely helpful. I wish I could remember his name but he covers the South West and Bournemouth and Poole.
