Never Received Items

Ordered an item in May; was told items are on preorder and will ship in September. Items never shipped attempted to get in contact with Shroom Beach 3 times via email over a 2 week period. Never received a response. Needless to say I think these are scammers and don't actually have any products shipping. Recommend avoiding.

Update 10/19: Provided Order #16716 here and attempted to email Shroom Beach again. I am not providing my full name and email address on a public forum and you shouldn't request that customers provide that information on here either. Do not post my private information on this forum.

Update 10/21: As usual, Shroom Beach has gone dark and unresponsive.

Absolute Crap

Absolute crap! Ordered a T shirt in June it’s now 2 days off October and I still haven’t received anything!! Same as what most of the reviews say, didn’t reply to my emails or through Facebook or Instagram then when eventually did, they said they’d sent it through DHL which when I ring DHL they said I need a air ribon number from what they sent as they can’t find the order they claim to of sent, meaning It rather was never sent or it’s lost… judging by feedback I’d say it was never sent. Waiting over 5 months for An order is never acceptable wouldn’t recommend anyone to try this risk. Shame really as they have a lot of nice stuff which I would if purchased more but no interest in going through this again!!

Don't bother ordering from Shroom Beach

Placed order and like many others sent follow up emails. No response but continued to recieve spammy advertisements for promotions. What's the point in getting more people to place orders when you can't even fulfill your current orders in a timely manner?
Website said then and continues to say now that the items I purchased are in stock and ready for immediate shipment but that was not the service I recieved. Disappointed to say the least.

Update: they reached out the day after and said only half my items were in stock. Sent me those (surprisingly) and said I would receive an email when my second order ships. Received an email with the exact same tracking number as the first order and radio silence of all my emails. And still getting spammy emails constantly. Don't waste your money, time or energy because they DO NOT care about their customers at all.

Definitely got scammed

Wish I would have checked these reviews before I ordered from them in July (it's now mid September and I still haven't received my order). They don't respond to my emails...I have sent several. I got a few replies over Instagram last month saying they'd resend my order (although I haven't gotten an update on that) and now their Instagram is no longer available. Pretty sure this is a scam!

I ordered on August 3rd, 2022, it is now Aug, 26th 2022. I have only received the sticker from my order. The rest of the order is 2 shirts that were in stock at the time. This is what their website says about the remainder of my order, "Preparing for shipping
We are currently preparing these items for shipping." I have sent 2 different emails to their support email and have not received anything in response. Their website says it takes 1-3 business days for an email response but this is untrue. The address on their contact us page also is connected with two more different clothing companies, Beloved Everything and Flex Living. For a "small team" it must be hard running 3 different clothing companies. I will be waiting for a response.

Don't buy store is a scam

I ordered from them a month ago and nothing has happened. I go to track the item and it hasn't been processed or shipped. Ive contacted customer service 4 times and don't get any reply. I would avoid this shop at all costs!

Don't waste your money and time

Ordered alot of clothes in june, told me they would come mid July, contacted them multiple times, no reply and it's almost mid August. Had to dispute. Don't bother with this company, overpriced and don't shop on time or respond.

Horrible unethical company with garbage business practices. Placed an order and it’s been one month. Company refuses to respond to emails or comments on their Instagram posts. They read the DMs and just continue to ignore my questions. Stole my money and never sent me anything

Nearly 20 days later and still unshipped

I purchased something from them on July 9th as a gift for someone else. Still today, the only thing that I have received from them is an automated message telling me they received my order. As of July 26th, this status page shows the item still has not shipped and they have not responded to 2 different emails asking for a status. I have went ahead and moved forward with a chargeback request through my credit card. Definitely make sure you have some sort of purchase protection on your credit card you use with them. Because based on recent reviews and my experience, you likely will not be receiving what you paid for.

Utterly disgusted an appalled with the service I’ve received, glad some people got what they paid for.
On Jan 27th 2021 I place ordered for a mushroom coat first problem when I ordered it, it wasn’t pre order it was available email doesn’t say pre order either but after a month I messaged them on insta as they DONT REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS. They were sorry an said the order was pre will be shipped early March! March rolls around half way through still nothing so I message them on insta again, their sorry AGAIN theirs delays apparently (other people have had their coat in the past month or two) NOT MINE. So they go on to say how should be early April so my message back was how can I trust you when you lie don’t give out right information, I don’t mind waiting as I obviously wanted my purchase but I’d like you to confirm a date, they couldn’t! next thing I’ve got email last week from pay pal saying Shroom beach have refunded me which wasn’t confirmed over email insta or nothing so I messaged them again, their reply going to check with accounts why this has happened I said don’t worry leave it I’d rather have my money then nothing from a company who does nothing but lie! They were sorry again said refunded takes 3/5 days if I want to use them again their be better LOL NEVER AGAIN ITS NOW BEEN OVER 7 days no refund still pending on my PayPal, but they have now deleted their insta an still aren’t replying to emails.
Lucky PayPal was helpful saying that can get my money back either way thankfully! Just have to wait another 2 weeks while they dispute it! So after 4 long months I have no coat and still waiting on the refund to stop pending an clear which they can’t even refund you right!
Disgusting Service wouldn’t recommend these to anyone!

Company states no refund for back…

Company states no refund for back ordered product that the expected delivery keeps getting pushed back... they state 15 days for refund ... I didn’t pay for something to arrive the end of March several weeks after original date when purchased in February
