Vriendelijk te woord gestaan aan de balie. En na wat gesteggel met de app uiteindelijk met de juiste code het terrein kunnen betreden. Men was zeer behulpzaam. Tip: begeleid nieuwe huurders het terrein op en naar de gehuurde unit. Zo voorkom je dat iemand de verkeerde unit in gebruik neemt.

Een wc ergens zou fijn zijn!
Elke keer opnieuw die beveiliging terwijl je al binnen bemt is heel irritant en te overdreven. Bij de deur. Bij in en uit gaan vd lift enz.
Terugkoppeling op de mail die ik gestuurd heb zou fijn zijn dat we die 16 euro verz terug krijgen omdat we al verzekerd zijn.

Korting 1e maand €1 is top! Communicatie en digitaal regelen is ook erg goed.
1 (groot) nadeel: vroeger was er voldoende ruimte om met je auto en aanhanger of bestelbusje in- of uit te laden en kon je makkelijk dichtbij de ingang staan ( er was eignlijk een hele grote parkeerplaats). Maar na de nieuwbouw/extra aanbouw opslag is de parkeerruimte/ manoevreerruimte enorm ingeperkt en dus erg irritant om makkelijk je spullen in- of uit te laden als het een beetje druk is met andere klanten.

De mensen zijn heel aardig en…
De mensen zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het is alleen wel jammer als je een grotere ruimte wil dat het op locatie geregeld moet worden. En dat het geld wat eerder betaald is na 12 dagen nog niet terug is gestort op mijn rekening.
Na contact hierover wordt het verrekend met de volgende maand.
