Helpful staff who took time to explain the process clearly. And they called when my allocated storage unit changed so even arriving after the office was closed presented no problems.

Itens had been stolen

There are no working security cameras inside the building. The mesh was cut and my belongings were stolen.

When I contacted the management, I was informed that they do not review the external camera footage because there is “too much video to go through” and they “do not have time.”

This reflects a serious lack of security and poor respect for customers. I strongly advise against leaving your belongings on this site.

After some research, I discovered that incidents of this nature have been occurring for approximately six years, and my case is not isolated. There appears to be ongoing negligence regarding security measures by the company.
