Seemless experience opening a new unit for storage in branch with Keenan. He's been helpful, friendly and efficient and conducted himself in a professional manner.

Staff are great but the paperwork is over the top as is the need for people to have a drivers licence or passport. I have both but many people dont and you will not accept other forms of legal, government ID with photos which is discriminatory. Fix it!

I used to love this precint, having used for many years. The previous team was lovely at Kesington.
By going some days late they sent me letters that were a real bully and even threats of breaking my locker 20 days before they could.
By escalating the matter to the civil court, they sent me a termination letter.
Basically, they act accordingly with its VERY OWN regulations with no respect for the civilians, with awful workers that treat the client's like dogs.
I really never saw something like this new team.
They are AWFUL, AND I MEAN IT.

Office is shut during scheduled opening hours. I went there on the 11th Dec (Sunday) at 2.30pm and they were shut. I was looking to pop my boxes into a unit I had previously reserved but couldn't because no one was in during scheduled opening hours. No note on the door either.

Then today I had booked an appointment for 10.30am and no one was there. Office should have opened at 10am. I had to phone to find out that someone had called in sick and they couldn't get another person out.

Pretty shoddy service if you're running a tight schedule and have already loaded up your vehicle.

I've given two stars instead of one as I used to be a customer a few years back, so I know the staff has been good in the past. I hope they pick up their game and improve.

Use this storage unit to collect work supplies. I had trouble accessing the unit one evening and Keenan was very kind and was able to help me out even though he had just finished his shift. Really really nice person and greatly appreciated the help.

Anette at w11 . was very helpf and her attention to detail was great.

They forgot to unlock my locker or leave the lock. I had to wait for 4 hours until someone came to the office (they were also half an hour late)

Keenan Franklin went above and beyond to help and advise - helpful, informative and friendly. We were very impressed with the service and glad that we chose Shurguard and this was all down to the help that Keenan gave. By far the best service we have experienced lately.
