I used the Milton Keynes stores and it's the very best available in the area. The stores have variable sizes suiting various demands and duration. The site is self-service with easy access and trolley with elevators to move things around. Their on-site personnel, Sam and Chelsea are very kind and very helpful in assisting clients. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings for sometime

I met a lovely lady called sam (Samantha), she was very happy and smiley. Extremely proud of her job and was extremely helpful with any information i needed. The storage place its self is very clean and tidy. Well lit when walking around. Detailed signs to show everyones locker numbers. All in all im very impressed. Again thank you sam for such a wonderful experience, keep smiling petal 🥰

We looked at a few different storage companies in Milton Keynes and chose Shurgard as the staff (Sam and Chelsea) were very helpful and friendly, and very efficient. The units were clean, well maintained and just what we needed. We also like the app for access, and to manage our account. Would definitely recommend Shurgard for anyone needing a storage unit in MK.

It was very easy to higher the storage unit online. On moving in day Sam was very helpful and explained everything.

I’ve had a great experience with Shurgard. The security is very good, and the access hours (7–21) are really convenient. The service has been excellent — I had no issues when changing units, everything was handled smoothly.

A huge thank you to Sam for personally walking with me and showing me the different units on several floors. That level of support really made me feel that customer service here is of a very high standard.

Sam and Chelsea were so helpful and friendly. I changed unit size prior to the date of taking the unit and all handled so well, paperwork transferred and showed my husband where the unit was and how to access the site. Thank you for all your help
