Opinión espontánea
Staff were excellent - website...not so much!
Staff were excellent - the lady couldn't have been more helpful - 3* is because the website were I took out the unit said it was lift access (but that's goods only) and my wife will struggle to climb the multiple levels of stairs. We missed the last ground floor unit but the lady did find us a slightly larger unit on the first floor, a bit more expensive but less stairs. Website needs to be clearer. Only saved by the staff on site.
