Brilliant service from staff member kev. Did a tour of the building and shown how everything works. All information provided clearly and met our needs. Site was clean and good security measures. Will be using shurgard due to exceptional customer service. Change in team from last year has had a huge positive impact. Well done

Great service and quick easy processing

The prices are great at shurgard and the nice lady named Sophia helped me with all the necessary information I needed when there was something wrong with the system on my phone

I wanted to get a unit and thanks to the staff I was shown around, to my amusement I found one suitable to me. I am surprised that the service was very excellent, signed the the contract straight away and I could use it on the same day. Thank you very much for such a brilliant service.

Storage unit was clean,organised and easy to navigate, though one drawback was that I was on the second floor , which made it quite strenuous and difficult to move my items in there (It is always better to get a storage unit in the ground floor as I had been told), overall I would give it a 5 stars, splendid!

Storage unit is fine, shame about the opening hours. When I've signed up I thought all storage places have 24 hour access. My bad for not checking properly. For someone like myself who works really long hours, I can't make it before closing during the week and as I'm out of London most weekends it's really difficult to have access. You really should have 24 hour self access or at least until 10pm.
And the constant price increases are very annoying too, which is mostly twice a year.
