Very poor customer service . Cheap for a reason
Incorrect information about mock needed.
Storage manager calling the next day after opening he accused me first off of leaving rubbish behind and immediately threatened with a fine. We simply forgot part of a child bunk bed by the wall! He also accused us of not locking the unit when we were very annoyed not being able to lock it the night before. Overall extremely poor customer service. Cheap for a reason

Excellent services, they were able to offer and prepare a storage unit at a very short notice on the same day.

Amazing customer service.
Amazing customer service.
I sent an email to the Neasden mailbox and it was responded to immediately.
I spoke with an agent named Jack who was amazing.
Jack was polite and professional and had good listening skills.
I will definitely refer Shurguard Neasden to family and friends.
