Lovely customer service

I organised my locker online which was very straightforward and I have been very impressed with the lovely customer service from the staff in reception. Gina is delightful and very helpful :) thank you

Shurgard Poole

Came in to Shurgard regarding a storage unit, spoke with Gina and Michelle to gain an idea of what they had to offer. Both very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely return to store in the future to purchase a space 😄

Extremely helpful and friendly

Mich and Gina are extremely helpful and friendly. We've used storage here for a while now and had great help and advice when we wanted to move units and increase our storage. The convenience of the app for coming and going later in the evening is really helpful.
