Excellent customer service

In this day it’s very hard to find decent customer service.

However it’s a pleasant surprise to deal with the staff at Shurguard ( Poole ) any issues are dealt with expeditiously and professionally

the staff are very friendly nothing is ever too much trouble

Gina was very helpful

Gina was very helpful in the poole branch. Very informative, friendly and smooth process. Easy access to storage and seems very relaxed and affordable.

Lovely customer service

I organised my locker online which was very straightforward and I have been very impressed with the lovely customer service from the staff in reception. Gina is delightful and very helpful :) thank you
