Shurgard Self Storage - Surbiton Opiniones 

I have stored my stuff in Shurgard sef storage Surbiton I have lost my expensive camera and something else. This storage is very unsafe for people who store their belongings. The manager (Chris) of this store was very friendly and helpful person and his colleagues too. before you store your things, you should think twice than store it. It's very easy for thief to get your things.

Would have given 5 but was annoyed that units do not allow usage of personal padlock.
Have to use their locks and pay for it!!!

Easy process from start to finish and at reasonable rates - Chris at Surbiton was extremely professional and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation. Thank you.

I had previously been a customer for years in a different county. When I moved to Surrey,there was no other choice to me. And this Surbiton facility is new and modern, and easy to access and use. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

The guys at Surbiton Shurgard today were extremely helpful - helping me to give notice on one unit and arranging for a new unit for my family with minimal fuss. I highly recommend them

This is my second time using Shurgard Surbiton. Second time. Because first time they were extremely helpful and professional. As they were this time. A returning customer is always a sign that you're doing good. After I had underestimated the amount of storage I was gonna need they were very accomodating and the issue was resolved before it even became an issue. And the after hours access is a huge bonus.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Incredibly patronising and rude staff who talk to you constantly in a very unhelpful manner.

The service provided by the staff at Shurgard Surbiton is exceptional. I have used this branch since December 2021 and have always returned when needing self storage.
Staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate customers requirements.
Kia and Scott have been particularly brilliant and deserve special mention.
