A great company hassle free staff were a great help

Nice folk who helped set it up, especially Luke, who even remembered our names! Good access, secure building. Increased the price by 30%, so left and got a smaller one nearer where we were moving to.

Great Experience renting out a unit from Shurgard. I liked the app, that allowed you in and out of the building, and an easy way to view invoices. If I needed any help with anything, Chris in Warrington was always on hand to assist. Would use them again in future.

Great value. Easy access. No stress. They even leave various large trolleys to load / offload and transfer to unit. 10/10 would recommend.👍

Parking is right outside. Trolleys large and worked properly and smoothly. Lift is large enough for two trolleys. All in all, moving everything in took just 20 mins

After a rocky start regarding problems with the app Luke, the Manager sorted it all out for us.
So happy now. Nice clean place, plenty of trolleys and storage sizes.

Absolutely brilliant company runs like clockwork start to finish .

Just put prices up. Went down on Saturday. Offices closed at weekends, you know, the day working people go to storage. Pin did not work, nor did app. I'm leaving for another provider asap.

Great experience, good prices. We ordered the wrong unit size unit by mistake. It was not a problem though because the staff were so helpful and changed the size in a couple of minutes. The building is great, so clean and tidy. Building access is super easy.

The storage is in a good location in Warrington. The lighting was good and the condition of the storage compartment is clean whilst the security is upto date.

Good offers, great location and friendly and very helpful staff! I have been in multiple locations so this goes to the whole company!

Was dealing with a staff member on a smaller unit then a women at the Warrington store I know the name so dm me if you want it.

Was rude, aggressive in her tone
Called me a liar - which is defamation of character

Shurgaurd replied on here and Google reviews saying they will speak to the manager and no reply

Sent me a legal letter replied - no reply

Tried to remove my Google and trust pilot reviews all of which has been rebuffed

So when you see 5* and 4.6 reviews it’s lies they attempt to remove the bad ones and fail.

Tried gdpr with me but aslong as no surname first names don’t count - they think I’m stupid but the truth always comes out.

Avoid - deal with kangaroo much better and don’t insult paying customers

Staff - The young lady that works in the Warrington Branch was fantastic - really helpful and knowledgeable

Immaculately clean space, simple system with app that makes it easy to access the building. Trolleys available for moving items. Great service, highly recommend.
