Misleading cancellation terms
Misleading contract terms for cancellation
The notice period is at least 15 days prior to the monthly anniversary date of the storage agreement.
I gave my notice today which means they get notice until 20 March (even though it’s empty). I was told on the phone it’s 15 days also my unit had a beam in the corner so was smaller than expected

Great Storage, Really Helpful Staff
Called in to Shurgard Warrington on Sunday to get an idea of unit size and was greeted by Luke on the front desk.
What a great experience on site and I was so impressed by the storage units, the layout, ease of access and the overall cleanliness that I signed up there and then for a 180 sq ft unit.
Luke was very knowledgeable and happy to help, including showing me around and sorting out the app and payment, he is truly a credit to your company.
