So nearly great
Staff are awesome, but automated instructions and tech could be better. ID checking app didn't work so I had to visit in person, which was fine but I got reminders daily because they couldn't be stopped. The instructions for first use we're confusing as it wasn't clear the red lock needed to be taken out by a member of staff and I'd sent movers there first. I didn't get an app token number and it wasn't on my invoices. When I tried to set the app up it was convinced I only had the choice of Belgian cities but I'm in London. This happened a couple of times. Turns out you have to login as a guest with your door code. Would be great if it said that! They're all such simple fixes I think - it's all just rewording the emails so they make sense. Could all be fixed in an afternoon shurgard.

Sublime, must use
Had to use this branch for emergency storage. I highly recommend them, the service the staff gave was second to non, compassionate, understanding and caring. They took the time to show me how everything worked, brought a trolly to help me off load.
Seriously if you live in the area and need storage then please use them.
