The receptionist lady with curly hair helped me Alway and they been very kind and respectful,
I been in some other self storage company
But never been treated amazing like Shurgard team did to me ,

I have booked two storage and didn't need the other one at all informed them on the start date that don't need the locker but they are not cancelling the direct debit and still charging 3 weeks rent
