Worked well. Good website, very helpful staff explained everything (not least the app needed to gain access), and good options for different areas of storage. But beware the extra charges for compulsary insurance and for a lock (unless you have one which fits).

I am returning customer. I was able to make my reservation online and only had to call Into the office to show ID I was able to book a unit on relatively short notice too

Got access to my unit without any contact, instructions were clear and the storage felt secure. Interactions with the employees were nice and effective. After a month, all items were intact. Check-out was easy enough.

Simple booking process and easy check in as was able to fill in everting required prior to arrival. The app for access was a nice touch making it easy to gain access to the secure yard with my van and then checking in. Staff were very friendly and happy.

It’s been an uncomplicated process to store my personal belongings. It works well with plenty of safety and security. Shurgard does storage for its customers very well.

Easy to set up. Reception very friendly and helpful and showed us around. It was busy and no trolleys assistant went and found one for us.
Had to go several times and absolutely no problems. Clean and safe. I recommend using the app for access.

Good size units however on their website it shows 2 different locks (or a option that you already have 1 of them.
I clicked the last option as we already have a circular padlock then got a call to confirm.
When we got down there to have a look, they told us that they don’t use the circular padlock anymore and we would have to buy one of their barrel locks otherwise our unit wouldn’t be secure. We argued but £15 later for a lock and we have a unit.
