We have just had our third lot of shutters fitted and installed by Ben and are over the moon with the result. From quoting all the way through to installation, the communication was great and Ben’s work is again to an excellent standard. Would recommend to anyone.

From my initial enquiry to installation Shutterly Fabulous have been extremely professional. A special mention must go to Brad Pilsworth our estimator and fitter. He gave us some great advice and the quality of his work was excellent. We are absolutely thrilled with the final product. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Further to my previous review, where I had waited, now 4 months for my "2 week" shutters to be fitted correctly after a series of errors and mess ups. I arranged to work from home yet again today so that the final shutter could be installed (4th visit). Fitter messaged to say that he had spent an hour looking for the shutter in the warehouse and it had been delivered to the wrong place. So all another complete waste of time, and not even a call from customer service when they were made aware by the fitter. Just terrible service again. (So no not resolved, as per your previous response I am afraid)

Our fitter Spencer was brilliant. Super friendly and did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with the shutters and the speed they arrived. All done and dusted in 2 weeks!

The blinds arrived at our home at the time and date agreed. Our fitter, Ben Pickin, was very polite and efficient. He explained how the blinds were constructed and fitted. He even brought his own vacuum cleaner to tidy up when he had finished.

Appointment made and confirmed. Representative rang to advise when calling. Appointment kept, no hard sell, just sensible advice. Order placed deposit paid. Now we are waiting for delivery. Very pleased so far

We’ve just moved and had shutters fitted by Shutterly Fabulous because we liked their ones in our old house so much.
Choosing was easy and clear, delivery and fitting times are quite long however this clearly explained and timescales met. Our fitter this time, Obi, was helpful, professional and polite. Fitted in a good time on the day and all left neat and tidy.
The shutters look lovely and fit and work exactly as planned.

We had an appointment with Mike Malhan as we want shutters throughout the house. Mike explained everything clearly, difference in materials and sizes. Was extremely precise at measuring too. What I did like is that he not only measures, but fits them too, therefore looking after the customer from start to finish.

Our shutters were fitted by Paul Currie, in a word ‘Excellent’. Paul was extremely helpful.

The person who came to measure the window was professional and able to answer all our questions and made us aware of what the various options were and explained the benefits of each option.
He also explained he would be the person who would fit the shutters when they were ready, which gave us confidence in the quality of the installation.

Great communication from enquiry to fitting. Love our new shutters - quick turn around and neatly fitted. Thanks to Spencer who did an excellent job! Highly recommend.
