I’m so thrilled at the new look I have in my home now. Right from the first visit, to the finished product I was happy with the service given. Every contact I had with any member of staff was pleasant and informative & I was kept up to date on progress. The young man (who’s name I sadly don’t remember) who installed the shutters was pleasant, informative and very respectful of my home. I’m still at the stage of going from room to room just to see how smart they look, the ease of opening/closing the shutters is impressive and being able to aim them to let in light but angle the direct sun is exactly what I was aiming for - I recommend them totally

The design and product quality are truly high-end, and the installation process was smooth and hassle-free. Given the significant investment, they made me feel confident that I was in the best hands. Other competitors fell far short, relying more on hard selling than genuine guidance. A special mention to Lidia, who was absolutely exceptional — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely supportive. Amazing from start to finish. Sales process with David was smooth and knowledgeable. The installation with Jake and Stanley was unbelievably good - never dealt had such a professional and precise tradesmen. The finished shutters are prefect and would highly recommend.

The entire team was incredible, including the salesperson, the measuring expert, and the final fitter. While I didn't catch all of their individual names, their workmanship speaks for itself. The fitting is flawless, perfect right down to the millimeter. The material quality is outstanding, and the color is so vibrant that it beautifully stands out.
To top it all off, the price simply cannot be beaten elsewhere for the premium materials and stunning results you get. They are worth every penny and have truly transformed our home. We highly, highly recommend them!

Second time that we have had shutters fitted. We were so impressed with the style, service and fitting, we decided to have the back of the house done as well.

the support leading up to choosing which qoute. The wait was a long time because coming from china. But well worth it the fitter did a great job and explained after care etc spare slats etc. They look great good qaulity inergrated blinds/shutters glad not to have newspaper up my new windows.

Excellent service during our quote. Spent 2.5 hours or so with Robert who was excellent. Had a 2 day delay in obtaining the quote as advised when phoning company that Robert had a few homes to visit. It took the full 11 weeks for goods to actually arrive and were finally fitted on 20th September. Harvey the fitter was excellent. Our problems started when after about an hour and Harvey had finished fitting the frame work for 7 large conservative windows we noticed that all of the doors were wrong. Each door should have had a split at the top allowing separate opening and closing of each door. We had spent almost 3 hours with Robert discussing our options and it was his idea to have the split as we only needed to open the seven top smaller windows. Harvey said it was an easy fix as the doors could be replaced. We were really not happy to have to wait another 11 weeks so we contacted Tracy at Shutters Up who was very helpful in the past. We explained the situation and asked if to solve the issue would it be possible to receive a small refund and we would be happy to keep shutters to save all concerned the additional costs on their part and the long delays and disruption on ours.
She said this seemed reasonable and would get Paige of Customer Services to call us. After no return calls and 3 days passing we received an Email from Paige saying they were not prepared to discuss anything other than we get the shutters replaced at our cost as we had signed the survey. As already explained to Tracy and via 2 Emails to Shutters up the signature was not mine but AI generated and we has 3 individuals here at the time of Roberts visit who knew what was discussed and agreed.
I also explained that sending an 18 page document and one small diagram to me on my phone was almost impossible to read and the diagram showed very little info. Also we like 90% of other customers would assume that what had been sent was what was ordered. I have received no other communication other than standard feeble answers about AI signature that would not stand up in court anyway via email. NO PHONE CALLS.
We love the shutters and were going to get Shutters Up to install in our bedrooms until we received the reply.
Great shutters , great fitter but rubbish after sales.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I am sure from the reviews on their website that they do supply great shutters but if like us you do not get what you order you will be left with no alternative but court action or as we can go thru Mater Card to obtain a refund. BEWARE.

We’re absolutely delighted with the shutters Alfie from Shutters Up installed for us. He fitted shutters to two bay windows and one single window, and they look fantastic.

Alfie was extremely polite, professional and tidy throughout the installation. He took great care with the fitting and made sure everything was finished to a very high standard, leaving everything clean and spotless afterwards.

Excellent workmanship and a very pleasant person to deal with. We would definitely recommend Alfie and Shutters Up. Thank you for a great job.

The original appointment was easy to book and Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to measure up. We were kept updated on the progress of our order and the fitter was excellent, experienced and left everything clean and tidy. The lead time was 16 weeks but it was definitely worth the wait as they are perfect. Also the aftercare is very good with our warranty arriving with a lovely email in a timely fashion after the installation. We couldn't be happier and would happily recommend ShuttersUp!

I was really impressed with the fact that the fitters arrived and put on their slippers whilst working in my house.

I also liked the fact that my shutters can be removed in order to clean the window in the back door.

This was my second set of shutters from Shuttersup and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From salesmans visit to completion of installation the process is easy, friendly and without any pressure.
My home was left beautifully tidy, and my shutters are stunning.

Really pleased with my shutters. There is less light than the curtains I had before and they look great in my room. Very easy to adjust and love the neat way they fold right back to the wall which frames the window.

I love my new shutters. They are right on track and give me multiple setting options, as well as privacy and light.
The surveys, ordering, payments and fitting were very professional.
Although they took some time to arrive, they are cetainly worth the wait.
