The best customer service!
Oh my goodness this company has the best customer service EVER! Due entirely to my own inability to order something with the correct postage, Daniel very quickly sorted my problem by email and then noticed I subsequently ordered the wrong size and sorted that too! It’s a rare thing in this day and age to have confidence in the order and return service of an on line company but I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. They’re great! (Especially Daniel!)

Great price speedy delivery
Ordered on a Sunday eve and very competitively priced boots arrived Tuesday. These are for cadets and as for growing feet was so happy with price and couldn’t believe speed of dispatch.

Amazing price and service
I was really impressed by the price and service of Shuzes. Not only was the product cheaper than anywhere else, there was no delivery charge and they arrived within two days. I would definitely recommend this site and will be using tgem again.

I needed new boots in a hurry
I needed new boots in a hurry. No local shops had anything suitable. Tried online and found Shuzes who offered what I wanted at a good price. Ordered at 4.00PM and surprised when Royal Mail delivered them the next day. Boots were a well known brand, boxed and looked like they had never been opened. Overall very pleased with the service from Shuzes.

Needing boots in a hurry is never ideal, and it usually happens at the worst possible moment. Really glad you found us when the local options came up short and that everything landed exactly as it should. When next day delivery works properly, it still feels like a small win for everyone involved.

Ordered 24th December . Still haven’t received my item . Spoke with someone yesterday who has told me it’s lost and that the item would be resent and a new order number sent … Again no order number . Not holding out much hope .
