Brilliant service

Brilliant service . Had to return as to small .
Return and refund was so quick and easy .
Ordered bigger size and they were sent very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Love these Monkey Boots!

Firstly, I love the product - these Grafters Monkey Boots are exactly as I remember them from when I was young. So far, the quality also seems very good - only time will tell how well they wear. Secondly, for the price they represent great value for money. Thirdly, order processing and delivery were swift and efficient. I really have no complaints at all.

I needed to replace my last pair of…

I needed to replace my last pair of steel toe capped shoes which had lasted many years and SAVED my toes on numerous occasions. This particular shoe has always been my favorite as it is just so comfortable.
They are beautifully crafted shoes and do just what they say on the box

Excellent company to do business with

This company has the best customer service that I have experienced anywhere.
I needed to exchange a pair of slippers which I believed had faulty stitching - in fact the stitching was not faulty.
The gentleman on customer service went over and above what I had expected, to ensure that I was satisfied with my exchange.
