Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is terrible. I bought an item costing nearly a thousand it was a hair loss treatment helmet. It worked just long enough so that it was out of guarantee then kept me hanging on for months saying they would look into it then told me they don’t sell it anymore and couldn’t help.

From Monday to wait to Thursday is a bloody disgrace.They should be sticking with Royal Mail.There next day delivery is rubbish doesn't send parcels out until night whether you order first thing in the morning or not.
