Order delivery and price was just fine no complaints. Very pleased with product and fridge layout much better than many major brands we thought!. We did the door reversal and that was also simple and well explained. 2 year warranty as standard!

Gas flow adjustment
perfect size, quick delivery, the only comment I have is that you need to adjust the gas flow, otherwise it is to strong, and you cant get the device needed to be able to adjust it, so at the moment I am only able to use one hob

UNBELIEVABLY SHOCKING SERVICE
Shocking communication, never do what they say on phone no delivery date given on completion of order, had to ring to find out when my new freezer was being delivered and was told it would be the next day then
waited in all day for it not to arrive and got an email to say it would be de delivered between 4 and 7 days later. Had to cancel delivery as we were going away and arranged delivery when we got back and UNBELIEVABLY it was delivered while we were away and LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR! removed packaging when we got home to find feeder door dented. Made a call to be offered an exchange, NOT SO LIKELY. asked for a refund as no trust in SIA or any of their delivery companies. Was asked to send photos of damage to freezer and packaging which I did immediately and never recieved conformation yet as promised and now SIA have the audacity to ask for review on how they did with my purchase!! So here it is, I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH SIA AGAIN. The stress and upset this has caused is unreal, thanks for nothing and PLEASE COME AND GET THIS FREEZER AND GIVE ME A REFUND.
