Absolute joke ordered a onesie on the 1st of December should’ve gone out on a next day delivery nothing no dispatch email nothing I have sent over 10 emails in the past two weeks with no reply whatsoever stay away from this company absolute joke

I have ordered before and had no problems. But ordered on the 30th Novemeber, some Christmas presents for my son. I have had no dispatch email. I have emailed three times as there is no phone number to contact them on. And still no reply. Order still says paid but unfulfilled on my account absolute joke. There should be another way to contact them other than email. Don't waste your time ordering.

Ordered a Christmas stocking last month already 10 days into December still no email to say if it’s tracked I’ve tried contacting them and still nothing, do not order unless you don’t mind waiting months 😑

I ordered Thursday morning, with delivery taking up to 4 days so me thinking I would get it in time for ksi at jingle bell ball on Sunday but I needed it for Friday with me setting off on Friday! Now on Wednesday and still had nothing! Not even an email to say it’s been shipped. Honestly more than fuming please never order from here!

I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation to the Sidemen and their Clothing website, the clothing is really good quality for the price just wish they would partner with Callux and his "No 2 Ways" shoe brand, they have the resources to distribute and release way more shoes than he currently can on his own, my reasoning is I think that Sidemenclothing's only lack is that they don't have much variety when it comes foot ware on their website, other than that I think their clothing is all really good I recommend their Reflective Puffer Coat for the winter and their XIX World Onesie, plus I'd imagine a percentage of the profits on the website will go to funding future entertaining Sidemen Sundays, like Holiday's and other expensive video concepts for us all to watch and enjoy.

I purchased the white Mr Men hoody for my partner on the 5/10/2021. After hearing nothing for over a month, I received an email on 16/11/2021 telling me my order had been refunded but no additional information.
After waiting another week to receive a response to my email asking why, they told me the package had been attempted several times and then not collected from the delivery service.
I work from home 7 days a week and never leave the house. No parcel was attempted to be delivered and no notification stating it was with the delivery company.
In fact when I click on my tracking button which is still active it even confirms that the delivery company have not yet receive my parcel.

My email response was from Jacques and honestly they just lied throughout the entire email.
Absolutely shocking service from people I expected better of.

Clothing is great just as good as nike Adidas but things like Easter egg and chocolate advent calendar is a total rip off the Easter egg was a £1 egg in a tiny box you could buy at lidl but had a sideman on it for a stupid price and the calender £16 isn't even the size of a 99p one from lidl wouldn't mind if it was like the £9.99 calendars you get in shops but it's a joke like I say not even the same size as a 99p one .Money grabbers

Placed an order over a month ago - still waiting. No communication whatsoever, tried email, messenger, facebook, Twitter etc 😡😡 No bloody telephone number to speak to anyone either. They have my money but I have no order. Was supposed to be for my sons birthday - I am so annoyed, angry & frustrated. Disgusting despicable service!!!

Messaged them before ordering and got a reply straight back. Hoodie came two days early as well. Fantastic quality and the fit was bang on to. Have ordered another two hoodies as I'm that impressed. Loads of people have asked me where it's from

AAA definitely my favorite merch store i've ordered from so far. I ordered the tie-dye hoodie on Friday and it arrived in 3 days when the expected arrival date was 2 days longer (was supposed to come on September 23, but arrived on Sept 20). I 100% recommend and I'm definitely ordering again :DD

Sizes are small, I ordered the beanie and the gloves in an adult size and they barely fit me, my head and hands aren’t massive, other gloves and hats I’ve ever had fit me fine.

I got a womens colour block hoodie - you will need to go a size up from normal but yhe hoodies are incredible, so soft and co.fy litey the best hoodie i have had

I have shopped in sidemen clothing many many times and they never fail to impress me every single time... They have interesting designs which make me proud to wear their clothing and all of their clothing is comfortable and itch free. They also have a cute little message of the back bit of the hoodie which is very sweet.
100% RECOMMEND.

I bought a sidemen xix world hoodie women’s size 12-14. Fantastic material & fast shipping.

I wear size 10-12 hoodies normally that fit me perfectly however I wanted the hoodie to be bigger on me so I went a size up. First sight of the hoodie it looked small but it fits me perfectly so the size is more of 10-12 rather than 12-14. I’d say go a size up. If I hadn’t gone a size up it wouldn’t have fit me. So the women’s sizes are a bit messed up.

I appreciate everyone has a different body shape and getting exact size is hard but I used their measurement chart on the website which clearly needs updating. But now I know for next time!

I also ordered a kids hoodie 11-12 for my brother who is 10 and slim build. It’s huge on him but he’ll grow into it!!

Got my jumper it’s amazing so soft and bright I love it!!

Placed an order the 26th Dec, paid delivery and taxes. To date I have not received goods, no reply from the company on their Facebook msg service. Found out item was with DHL who require a dutes import tax, which already paid on the sidemen website, received and email saying would investigate, don't order from this website if outside the UK. No follow up from the sidemen clothing company.

There jackets look nice but I've been waiting for my order for over a month . I will make sure i tell everyone i know not to order unless they have plenty of time to wait for order . A few months!!! Not HAPPY AT ALL.
